Sense Canggu Beach Hotel

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious, very clean and really comfortable beds! Big pool with swim up bar, karaoke and a whole sports bar with live sport playing daily. The whole stay felt very safe and welcoming. Loved it all

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Syntia, I hope I spelled your name correctly — we will never forget you! Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality, kindness, and all your help. A special thank you as well to my lovely friends, the girls working at the restaurant. You were all amazing! The location, facilities, breakfast, and especially the staff were fantastic. The only small downside was that the music was a little too loud at times, but other than that, everything was wonderful. I’m actually staying here again later this month, which says a lot about how much I enjoyed my stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back! ❤️

Swim up bar and pool side service was great. Breakfast was made fresh and very nice.

On arrival there was a used needle in the bathroom bin. We informed staff and it was removed immediately. Shower wasn’t great but still worked.

Hello we only had one breakfast at sense and unfortunately my daughters fruit platter was wriggling with maggots or some sort of larvae. So that put us off Cooked meals were nice .

Room toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly, around back of toilet seat not very clean, extraction fan in my bathroom did not work, stains on clean linen. Stains on pool towels.
