The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good.

The water pressure wasn't great. Water goes in all different directions on shower head. The bathroom is also downstairs and has no windows so it starts to smell after a while as there is no ventilation

Not a good place for older people—the bathroom is on the second floor accessed by a spiral stairway. Also no place to hang up towels in the bath

The cabana was super cosy and clean. Had such a great sleep! Also fun having the three different levels with a beautiful bathroom and rooftop. Location was great too, very close to lots of cafes, restaurants and canggu beach. Staff at the front desk were lovely, always welcoming, and curious as to what we had planned for the day.

There wasn’t enough space for big suitcases in the cabana. I’m not sure what can be done about this but it definitely takes away from the coziness/relaxation. The alexa features in the room were really fun but sometimes didn’t work. Breakfast felt a bit restricting and outdated - orange juice wasn’t included, no non dairy milks available, and unlike other properties we stayed at in bali - you were restricted to one item of breakfast from the a la carte. We were told this place was fairly new so we can understand a lot of the gaps. Having said that, it’s got huge potential and would still recommend. Especially based on the cosy cabanas and location.
