Good base to stay. Good facilities in the rooms.

Pleasant clean good location

No bar area or bar. Limited restaurant. Easy enough to go and socialise/eat/drink elsewhere but the hotel would benefit from such a facility.

Great value, minor cons

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Cosy atmosphere with tastefully appointed rooms. Very prompt at addressing our concerns during our stay.

There were alot of ants on the floor in our room and I felt the cleaning could be done better. Also saw a male housekeeper opening the room door of a female guest who had just checked in when she did not respond to his knocking on the main door. This is very alarming as it’s standard practice that you do NOT open the door of a guest when nobody answers. Simply wait or come back awhile later. Can be abit noisy at night by virtue of the hotel being along the road and next to an abandoned lot where Gojek riders get drunk and get rowdy and loud at night. Security was very helpful in telling them off and things settled shortly after.

Great stay!

Great place, safe super clean, staff are very friendly. Also one of the best streets in canggu, 3 min walk down to the beach.

If it weren’t for the thin walls and doors it would be a 10/10. Unfortunately you can hear everything going on in the corridor. The ice bath was also not functioning during my 2 weeks stay.

Location was perfect. Nearby the beach and in the mjddle of canggu. The rooms were big, spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the utensils you could ask for. Even a blender for a protein smoothie! But above all: the staff was really nice and friendly! Thanks a lot

Best stay I’ve had in Bali! Completely made my experience here

The location was perfect! So close to cafes/ restaurants and the beach. The facilities were perfect everything you need, pool, sauna, ice bath, fresh drinking water filters! And the staff were wonderful, so kind and accommodating! Especially Julio who was the kindest man, always greeting us with a smile and a hello and had lovely conversations with him :)

Quite modern I feel it’s newly renovated the lobby is nice the room is clean and well equipped and the rooftop has a great ocean view. Swimming pool is small but quite cute

The wall is a bit thin you could hear from next door We got water cut off one evening can’t get showers and contacted the hotel through WhatsApp as their receptionist doesn’t work in the night at the end nobody came to fix it until next day morning which was quite uncomfortable experience

New, calm, clean and safe. Very friendly service. The pool was great. The rooftop area will be awesome when complete.

The cafe needs a boost re offerings. Also, need to ensure reception can assist with taxis etc even though there is a concierge. Check out needs to be faster. Set aside a minimum of 20 mins .

Disappointing!!

New hotel.

I booked and paid a sea view room but was given a room without the sea view at all. Worse the front desk did not mention this at all until I got to the room and realized they had tricked me into a non sea view room. When I addressed the issue, the staff and manager of the hotel could not come to a solution until the very last night when one became available. Why bother when you can’t see the view because it was dark outside and I had to check out the next morning.

Happy place in Canggu

The 5 minute walk to the beach. The 3 minute walk to Zen gym and pilates, 2 minute walk to the serenity vegan restaurant and yoga studio. Close yo nice restaurants and Warungs. Nice spacious studio style rooms with cooking facilities.

Beyond expectations! Hotel in Canggu but not in traffic jam area, close to beach and most important its very quiet also comfy. Close to everywhere!! Just a short walk to my favorites cafe Kynd and Revolver! The beach also very beautiful and quiet.
