The location was wonderful and the building was clean safe and quiet when I wanted to retreat and relax. Within a two minute walking distance was a Pilates studio a gym with a pool and the beach plenty of restaurants and cafés as well.

Comfortable room, like the provision of refrigerator and water, Air Con good. Location is excellent. Very friendly staff.

Hot water was very intermittent, lobby cafe expensive for Tea/Coffee. Some confusion with reception and concierge, reception state checkout before 11am however Concierge says check out before 12pm. Also confusion with Check in, concierge states from 2pm, and reception state from 3pm.

Location and the stuff are very good

Slippers and teeth brush was out of stuck

The hotel is quite new and our apartment was spacious. We stayed on the third floor and the kitchen, although small, was modern and perfectly fine for what we needed. The beds were comfortable enough and, most importantly, the staff were great. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself had several issues that really affected our stay. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which seemed to be coming from the air-conditioning. The AC filter looked like it had mould or fungus growing in it, and during our stay my daughter and I became sick. Of course, I cannot say with certainty that the AC caused it, but the condition of the filter definitely did not look healthy. One of the bathrooms also had a very bad smell. If we did not keep the bathroom door closed, the smell quickly spread throughout the apartment. Another downside was the noise. The gym was located directly above our apartment, and there appeared to be a local boxing or kickboxing trainer working there. We could clearly hear the music, people training and weights being dropped on the floor above us. Overall, despite the lovely staff and the fact that the building is new, this was unfortunately the least enjoyable accommodation we stayed at during our time in Bali. With better maintenance of the air-conditioning, proper attention to the bathroom smell and some consideration for the noise from the gym, it could be a much better place to stay.
