Everything was great

Loved my time at Bloom. Andy and the whole team was friendly and helpful for my whole stay. The location was perfect close to everything yet quite still. The beds are super comfy.

Nothing. Everything was great. The 1 bedroom bungalow is small but perfect for 1 person. Would be great to add a full length mirror to the room to make dressing easier :)

Beautiful place of calm in Canggu

Very friendly staff, nice villas and pool, and yoga and massage area on the property as well.

Our room was a bit smaller than expected and on the photo. You had to squeeze past the bed posts and wall to get ti the bed.

I would recommend it 3 out of 5. Would probably book again.

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The resort is beautiful, with a very nice pool and greenery. Even though is located just off the main road, you couldn't hear any traffic noise, which is a bonus in Bali. Great access to the main road, with lovely cafes and shops very near. Also, food delivery is allowed within the resort. Definitely a beautiful place.

What I would recommend as improvement: once booked, there is no cancellation policy, unlike other resorts which offer up to a specific date free cancellation. The rooms are a little smaller than I could make out from the pictures. As a solo person was alright, but if you travel as a couple the storage and room space for 2 people is way too small. I would recommend updating the pictures on the website. The bungalow had a little damp smell, but that could be due to the fact that I put the AC at 24 degrees celcius, as I can't sleep in colder rooms. The last comment and this is one that was the highest inconvenience: one bungalow has 2 rooms next to each other and there is no sound proofing. So you can hear the next door neighbour at all times, meaning if they are loud and you are a light sleeper you will suffer.

Bloom Resort is fanatastic and cant wait to go back .

The Bloom Resort was simply awesome . The staff were right there without being in your face and couldnt have been more helpful . The pool is just as amazing as it was in the photos . Cool cafes right at the door step and just far enough off the road to be nice and quiet. SHopping was great right outside the front door and just a few minutes walk to the beach . We absolutely loved staying there and we have been to Bali many many times and this spot was the best yet.

Pleasant, clean room - good location

Pleasant stay Rooms were clean, pool questionable. Good value for money - out the way of the hustle so felt very quiet and relaxing close enough to beach and bars - short 10 minute walk Bed comfortable, shower and bathroom clean

pool cleanliness cleaner came early (8 am!)- removed towels and didn't replace so we had to wait a few hours to refresh (2pm) The door locks without key so high risk of getting locked out of room!

Stunning oasis in the heart of Canggu

I chose the location as it is close to everything but away from the main road. It is a wonderful haven with many birds and greenery and the pool is wonderful. It has a vegan restaurant at the end of the gang. The staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately other guests woke me up at 5:30 as they were drinking vodka in the pool and playing loud music. The one women’s consistent drunken laugh made me go for breakfast at 7am. Management did speak to them once I complained and they did tone it down a little. Fortunately the fan in the bathroom did wonders in drowning out their noise for the rest of my stay.

Eka is the main man at reception and is the most respectful young man you will meet.

The surroundings are so chilled, the pool is amazing and so warm, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet, beds are very comfortable, pillows are the best, massive bathrooms, sun by the pool all day long, can hire a bike for £4 a day from reception, very reasonable, neat location for everything AAAA++++

Although the price was higher than I paid elsewhere, I would highly recommend and would stay again.

A small community of individual rooms around a relaxing beautiful pool area. It was great to walk straight out of my room and step straight into the pool every morning. It was easy to meet the other guests around the pool area. The room was large, very comfortable and the bathroom was a highlight (huge!). The air con worked a treat. The location was perfect for Canggu and places I wanted to visit with some easy breakfast spots next door.

They have a great area for yoga/pilates however it is not currently in use for classes. I had a small leak in my room that dripped water onto my bed after heavy rain fall, however the staff attended to this by clearing the roof of water once reported. I’m not sure the roof was fixed though.

Unhygienic and disgusting

This place is disgusting. They forgot to take out the trash of the previous guests so had to ask. Weird smell in the room. There are old stains on all the counters and toilet seat. No hot water and shower handle fell off. Fingerprints on the tv, dust on the mirror, plus a huge spider web and spider on the lampshade - probably because of all the dust and over clutter. We were woken up with a loud knock asking if we wanted our room clean. We said no. They then proceeded to clean our room when we left for a tour, anyway so not sure why they had to wake us. The security guard was fast asleep when returning back at 2am. Not safe for solo female travellers.

- beyond helpful and friendly staff. (had forgotten my passport and a staff member brought it to me as we were reaching the airport) - super comfy beds - the layout of the property. we appreciated the separate joglo (bungalows) for every room and that you could literally roll out of bed from any room and straight into the pool - perfectly central location to the beach and to explore canggu but far enough from the main road to be desirably quiet - really clean, tasteful design integrating traditional and modern elements

- not too much natural light coming into the room so we had to leave the doors open but that wasn't a big issue. - no one goes on holiday to stay in and watch TV but we did have a slowed-down afternoon where movies were involved and realised that the TV was partly-obstructed by the bed posts

Wonderful hidden hotel tucked away in Canggu.

The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and well maintained. The hotel is also located far enough away from the hustle and bustle so it is peaceful. Great location in a slightly quieter part of Canggu which we appreciated but still has wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff could not have been nicer with warm welcome each time we returned to the property which was lovely. The bed was also extremely comfortable!

the property was reasonably central to canguu hub, not a far walk to Batu Balong beach and street. The rooms were very cute, modern, tastefully decorated. The bed was the best bed I have slept in in all my travelling around the world including 5 star hotels/resorts. loved the bedding which added to the most comfortable sleep! A shame it was only a 2 night stay !!
