Staff is the biggest assett - extremely friendly and helpsome regardless of what you need. Hotel also very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Deserve 5 stars, but in the neighborhood a nightclub or whatever is every night around 02-03 making loud fireworks making sleep impossible in this period.

Everything about the Chesa exceeded expectations. The space feels luxurious,it was spotless and well designed for comfort. The location is quiet but super close to the main road- maybe 200 steps. The real standout though is the service! Gio, Ariana, & Dhita made me so comfortable and truly made this stay special.

Service is the most evident asset of this facility. Everybody smiles and very respectful. Customer satisfaction is truly their motto! Rooms are very clean and bed is very comfortable. Food is also great with a lot of healthy choices. There is also a lounge on the 2nd floor with free snacks and drinks at certain time of the day. This is an excellent choice. Try Chesna Canggu. You will see what I mean on this review.

The rooms, the restaurant, the gym, the lounge, the pool area are were perfect. I chose this over another highly rated hotel and so glad I did. The staff were lovely too. I ate here every morning and every night. The meals are what I would expect from a michellan hat restaurant. This place was nothing less than perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The rooms were big and clean. I loved the pool area. It was so quiet and relaxing, very resort style feel. It was easy to walk to the main road and there is a pub right across the street. To top it off, the staff were incredible. So attentive and welcoming.

Boutique hotel vibe , only 3 years old ,quite peaceful, nice pools , walk to Main Street either direction from hotel, only gave you 1 room key not a card , had to leave key at front desk if you went out separately , staff attentive .did not eat at restaurant , but never saw anyone eating in it.

Chesa Canggu is a smaller boutique hotel - a little quiet oasis, especially after staying in a resort hotel. We really enjoyed the quiet time by the pool. There are many fountains around the hotel, so the constant, peaceful sound of the water makes for a very pleasant, peaceful experience. It is in walking distance to everything you need - the beach, the restaurants, massage places etc

Brilliant stay at Chesa! It was my first time and I wasn’t sure what my experience would be like as I usually stick to the known hotel chains but Chesa knocked it out of the park! Fabulous little boutique hotel. Cleanliness levels unmatched! I’m a stickler for cleanliness and I was impressed! Close to everything you need- shopping, food, famous clubs all within walking distance! I will only stay at Chesa when I go back next! Front desk team was fantastic! Made my trip so wholesome. Just the friendliest and kindest people who make you feel like you are coming home everyday. Kudos to everyone.

my daughter and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. We stayed for one and a half days so we had one night and the day until 7 pm. Our flight was at midnight so it was very convenient. Having a late check out the cost for the checkout was half the overnight fee and it was a good price.the room was fresh and clean. The staff are helpful and the pos are very good too. we had dinner one night and the food was lovely. The hotel is I located near many good restaurants and shopping . i. understand the hotel is in canggu a new and vibrante part of bali. I would come back to this if. i was in bali again

Beautifully designed boutique hotel with two pools - perfect mix of contemporary style and thoughtful Balinese hospitality. Brilliant value for money, just a minute from the bustle of Canggu but very calm and restful. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and there are great food and cocktail options. Highly recommend.
