Suom Apartments and Villas Canggu

Très bien placé. Personnel très sympa , efficace et professionnel !

Malheureusement la piscine était en travaux donc non utilisable. (On nous a pas dit du tout!) souvent des mauvais odeurs.

Very nice villa styling. Good location. Very Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Plunge pool was much appreciated.

A/con ineffective in the bedroom - fortunately there was a ceiling fan fitted. Bathroom floor flooded each time the shower was used (floor tile slope setting incorrect). Day bed next to plunge pool was largely cosmetic (not really usable), due to low positioning close to overhanging plants. Rooftop Pool is closed (under restoration).

Staff is 10/10, facilities 8.5/10, bathroom needs some room freshener but staff was extremely helpful. Some stray dogs in street which bark but overall quiet place, relaxing, staff maintains cleanliness a lot Would recommend, water quality can be improved These are just suggestions as every place has some small things but I would definitely recommend Biggest plus is staff friendliness and helpfulness

Water quality and bathroom smell

All the villas and apartments are brand new and beautifully furnished. Throughout our two-week stay, we felt extremely comfortable - almost like at home. Every single day we received truly five-star service from the entire staff. The housekeeping was impeccable, and everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. All of our requests and suggestions were taken seriously and handled with care. Since the complex is newly opened, the rooftop pool initially didn’t have any sun loungers or seating areas, even though we wanted to use it. Impressively, the staff arranged sunbeds and bean bags for relaxing by the pool already the next day. That level of responsiveness really stood out!
