Location, people aka staff and neighbours aka your compound neighbours and neighbourhood neighbours. Pillows were great too! Beautiful pool but too shy to try it.
I stayed in room D on the ground level for 3 nights. The toilet was ok. The drain wasn’t closed properly. I had a teenage cockroach visiting me on the morning of my last day despite me throwing away food waste in the bin in the common kitchen. My aircon wasn’t strong even though I set it at 22 degrees. There was no reception counter so you have to get the person in charge mobile number or shout out ‘MAS (insert name here)’ in the compound. I also had a lizard making noise in my room in the morning after my first night (didn’t see it face to face). Bed were creaky and not aligned. No hairdryer. Only shower gel in toilet. No cable channels (only YouTube and Netflix which you need to log into your own personal account).
