Zen central stay

The property is well located and very neat .

The bathroom door for our room wasn’t working , the flush at the common toilet at breakfast restaurant was over flowing with water and they had water maintenance which meant no water supply from 11 am to 1 pm and we had to rush breakfast and all plans

Relaxing and comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing and available until 11am. The buffet and menu were outstanding and the food delicious. Poolside was relaxing with a beautiful view over the ocean.

Breakfast with a view was amazing. RIght on the beach. Pool area was lovely. Staff were so so friendly.

The only thing I can think of was that I thought the breakfast menu was slightly limited and the shower water got out into main bathroom area

Very modern hotel with great gym next to the beach

We have been traveling 3 weeks around Bali and from all hotels we‘ve been to, this one we liked the most. The hotel is very modern, great pool and awesome location close to the beach and also ideal for surfing. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and even there is an indoor and outdoor shower. The location is very centric and a lot of nice restaurants and bars are within walking distance. As well this hotel had the best gym of all of the hotels we have been visiting. There is even a high quality surf board rental shop right next to it which we figured out is not something usual either here as my partner does not have an own surf board anymore.

Bad experience

We stayed there a month ago. They double charged us for the room which wouldn’t be a problem if they refunded us quickly but it’s been a month and constant chasing and no result still. So disappointed to have had this experience.

Enjoyable

The lagoon pool and the location was wonderful

The first room we had smelt of damp and the bathroom shower had black mould around the edges. We moved to a different room which was much better. However, I wonder if some rooms have an issue with this due to the bathroom design and the design of there being a penthouse with a pool on the top floor and the lagoon at the bottom.

Stunning property!! The service and the facilities are fantastic. The breakfast was tailored to our requirements and lots of attention taken. The free Aperols by the pool in the afternoon was a special touch!! Would go back any day!

Gorgeous hotel!

The breakfast was really good. Lots of healthy options. The quality of the food was really good. Breakfast was at the seaside so a gorgeous view of the beach. The hotel is on a really nice stretch of breach in canggu which is rare and walking distance from most places, or short driving distance

We got a random bill at the end of the trip, for a lunch we didn’t eat. We were quite shocked. But the staff took care of it. Someone might have potentially given the wrong room number by accident

Beautiful luxurious haven

Como Uma Canggu is a very beautiful property located right on the beach in Echo Beach. It is a peaceful tranquil oasis and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had & I really enjoyed the daily pilates/yoga classes. I can highly recommend staying here.

We were upgraded but the room had an adjoining door with noisy neighbours. The hotel kindly moved us to another room but we found the room very claustrophobic as the outside walls are high and not enjoyable to use the outside space

Its very far from the city almost nothing next to it they have one bad restaurant that I couldn’t enjoy the food at they’re staff will smile and tell you sorry we can’t or we don’t have with big ugly smile at anything simple I requested

Can’t fault the property- stunning room, perfect for a family set up, two amazing pools right next to a couple of surf breaks (the main reason for our visit), friendly staff, delicious food- I could go on!

The rooms were sterile with no openable windows, view or Bali feel or design. For the high price of the room it was cold in both temperature and appearance.

Beautiful place, but overpriced for the room design

I liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the beach, and the overall calm atmosphere despite the crowd. The team was very cooperative and helpful.

The price was very high for what was offered. The window in the room was extremely small, and the suite didn’t have a proper window facing the room. I personally enjoy having the bed near a large window with natural light, and this was missing . Also, the beach was beautiful but only suitable for surfing, not for swimming

Lovely hotel on Canggu beach

Great room, lovely pool and friendly staff

Food options at Beach Club could be improved, feel like the standard has slipped since we were last there in 2023. Unfortunately, Bali suffered a power outage while we were there and Como’s generator failed so we spent night in the dark. Staff tried their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible.
