Relaxing and comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing and available until 11am. The buffet and menu were outstanding and the food delicious. Poolside was relaxing with a beautiful view over the ocean.

Very modern hotel with great gym next to the beach

We have been traveling 3 weeks around Bali and from all hotels we‘ve been to, this one we liked the most. The hotel is very modern, great pool and awesome location close to the beach and also ideal for surfing. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and even there is an indoor and outdoor shower. The location is very centric and a lot of nice restaurants and bars are within walking distance. As well this hotel had the best gym of all of the hotels we have been visiting. There is even a high quality surf board rental shop right next to it which we figured out is not something usual either here as my partner does not have an own surf board anymore.

Bad experience

We stayed there a month ago. They double charged us for the room which wouldn’t be a problem if they refunded us quickly but it’s been a month and constant chasing and no result still. So disappointed to have had this experience.

The lagoon pool and the location was wonderful

The first room we had smelt of damp and the bathroom shower had black mould around the edges. We moved to a different room which was much better. However, I wonder if some rooms have an issue with this due to the bathroom design and the design of there being a penthouse with a pool on the top floor and the lagoon at the bottom.

Stunning property!! The service and the facilities are fantastic. The breakfast was tailored to our requirements and lots of attention taken. The free Aperols by the pool in the afternoon was a special touch!! Would go back any day!

Gorgeous hotel!

The breakfast was really good. Lots of healthy options. The quality of the food was really good. Breakfast was at the seaside so a gorgeous view of the beach. The hotel is on a really nice stretch of breach in canggu which is rare and walking distance from most places, or short driving distance

We got a random bill at the end of the trip, for a lunch we didn’t eat. We were quite shocked. But the staff took care of it. Someone might have potentially given the wrong room number by accident

Beautiful luxurious haven

Como Uma Canggu is a very beautiful property located right on the beach in Echo Beach. It is a peaceful tranquil oasis and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had & I really enjoyed the daily pilates/yoga classes. I can highly recommend staying here.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti. Ottima posizione, si può usufruire di ristorante bar e piscina affacciati sulla spiaggia. Una seconda piscina, più grande, rimane in posizione più arretrata. Buona colazione internazionale, in parte a buffet e in parte alla carta. Camera e bagno in ordine. Servizio lavanderia puntuale. Staff all'altezza della struttura.

Abbiamo cenato al ristorante del Beach Club. È stata un po' una delusione in quanto io e mia moglie abbiamo ricevuto le nostre portate (filetto alla griglia e calamaro grigliato) ormai fredde. Peccato perché la materia prima era di qualità. Una nostra amica ha ricevuto una camera al secondo piano ed era particolarmente buia di luce naturale in quanto le finestre si affacciavano all'interno della struttura.

Beautiful place, but overpriced for the room design

I liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the beach, and the overall calm atmosphere despite the crowd. The team was very cooperative and helpful.

The price was very high for what was offered. The window in the room was extremely small, and the suite didn’t have a proper window facing the room. I personally enjoy having the bed near a large window with natural light, and this was missing . Also, the beach was beautiful but only suitable for surfing, not for swimming

Lovely hotel on Canggu beach

Great room, lovely pool and friendly staff

Food options at Beach Club could be improved, feel like the standard has slipped since we were last there in 2023. Unfortunately, Bali suffered a power outage while we were there and Como’s generator failed so we spent night in the dark. Staff tried their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

Beautiful resort, best in Canggu.

The surrounds, design, interiors are all beautiful. The Lobby smells great. The rooms have very comfortable beds. The food is so delicious. We requested a late checkout as our flight wasn’t till late and luckily it was available. The room we stayed in had some wear and tear - but nothing to disrupt the pleasant stay.

The Como would be even better if it wasn’t in Canggu! There was a smell that would waft into the beach club area, which I think was either the creek or the garden ( usual bali smells that are not very easy to manage or avoid)

The location is very nice. Loads op food options close by. We were upgraded to a larger room. The basic twin rooms are too small and have no real window. As we were travelling as friends we wanted two beds. The basic twin rooms do not give you value for money. Luckily we were upgraded.

Worst Experience for a Lot of Money

Location, delicious breakfast

Maybe we were just unlucky and the circumstances turned out this way, but: 1. I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels around the world, and this was the first one where I was asked for a deposit of 2,000,000 IDR. That’s just ridiculous, especially considering how poor the room was. 2. The room was old, dark, and absolutely not worth the money. For example, you couldn’t turn on the bathroom light without lighting up the whole room. The view was of a wall. Despite many other empty rooms being available, we were refused a change. 3. I booked a room with two separate beds, but was given one bed with two mattresses. That was completely unacceptable to me. When I asked the front desk about it, the girl responded with complete indifference, saying they had no rooms with twin beds. When I pointed out that this option was available on Booking.com, she didn’t care at all. 4. No one came to clean the room during our two-day stay, nor did anyone even offer to do so. 5. In Bali, the service is usually excellent everywhere—but clearly not at this hotel’s front desk. The receptionist always looked either tired and sad or just indifferent. I’ve experienced far better service at places four times cheaper. 6. In the café and by the pool, we had to literally dance to get someone’s attention to take our order. And when I asked for draft beer, I was told it had suddenly run out.
