We stayed in Alila Ocean suite. The view was amazingly unforgettable!
Room is spacious.
But the lights controls were a little confusing. And the temperature control in the shower room was a tad difficult to navigate. Wifi can be a bit sketchy. But all these is compensated by the outstanding customer service and the view that greeted us everyday.
Seasalt was beyond fabulous.
Shoutoutb to all the smiley and warm staff , especially Dera and Rai.
Though building feels dated, it is generally well maintained.
I would love to go back again, and stay at room 316!

Alila is positioned in a beach front location, a short stroll from the heart of Seminyak. Shopping, restaurants, beach, and stunning sunsets are all around.....
The staff fall over themselves to be helpful. The room attendants are quick and efficient. The reception staff are happy to help. But most of all, the Seasalt staff are all the above, particularly Dewi, Krishna, Septa and Cynthia (sp?).
The suite was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were fresh and the view was stunning.
