Amazing

I recently stayed at Montigo Resorts Seminyak and had an excellent experience. The location is convenient yet peaceful, and the villa was spacious, well designed, and very comfortable. The private pool added a relaxing touch and made the stay feel special. Service was consistently professional and welcoming, with staff attentive to every detail. The facilities were well maintained and reflected a high standard throughout the resort. Overall, it offers a perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and quality service. I would gladly return.

However, one detail felt unusual. The paving along the main walkways is quite rough and uneven, which makes it difficult to roll luggage smoothly and would be challenging for wheelchair access. For a resort of this standard, a more accessible pathway design would significantly improve convenience and guest comfort. With this small improvement, the overall experience would be even better.

If I could rate this higher than 10, I would! Beautiful hotel and grounds. Spotlessly clean. A huge room, and massive bed, which was so comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast is the best I've had ! The biggest selection, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. BUT, the best thing about this hotel are the staff. Every single one of them were super friendly, kind, obliging. A credit to the hotel management. Special mention for April and Flo, these 2 beautiful ladies were just fabulous ,they made us feel special.

Paradise.

The vibe was fantastic. Incredibly friendly staff and a great location. Everything was 10/10. The breakfast is sensational and the rooms very clean and large. I look forward to going back. The highlight is definitely the staff and location.

Well maintained and beautiful gardens. Definately need to do a week holiday here.

The layout was excellent. Lovely gardens but property not too big that you felt you had a long way to walk to restaurants and pools. Rooms were large and beds and bedding very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem. Our pool view ground floor unit was exactly as described. Place was clean and maintained. Staff remembered your name and stopped to chat . Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. A;AAA

The hot water in bathroom was extremely hot and the exposed taps and pipes could have caused a nasty burn. Needed a portable retractable clothes line in the bathroom.

Could be better

Spacious room options with balcony.

Renovations were happening during our visit with scaffolding on stairs - making it a hazard for kids. TV in some rooms were still outdated (not smart). Also we couldn’t sleep until 3 in the morning being that loud music from property next door. Staff was accomodating though.

Wonderful stay, great place to land and relax before going off to explore

Breakfast was excellent! The spa was wonderful - best massages on the island. The staff were very friendly and the beds were pretty comfy too!

The room service / restaurant food could be better (aside from breakfast - that was great). The airport transfer costs were way higher than just calling a Grab ride or taxi.

The three pools are amazing. We loved the quiet of the back pool but loved the choice. A relaxing stay and is close to everything. Free shuttle to Seminyak Square.

Wonderful staff. Friendly. Helpful. Accommodating. Breakfasts were excellent - the best I have had so far here!! They had Gluten Free toast options. The Montigo Wellness Centre was amazing!!! Nyoman gave the best massage I've had here in Bali - and I have had a few but highly recommend.

The breakfast was fresh, varied, and a great start to each day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool area was relaxing and never too crowded.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike during our stay. A minor suggestion would be to have the buggy service run a little longer in the evenings.

Exceptional staff. Always taking care of your needs, whether it is from desk or dining experience. They try to give their best and succeed in doing so. Property was well maintained. The buffer was pretty good every day. The S.p.A. was an amazing experience and they maintained an immaculately.

Very old ... beds smell like dust , water quality in bathroom is very poor ... felt like untreated sea water ... muddy

staff not friendly , too busy in themselves ,not paying attention to guest requests We requested Ash tray for balcony in our room . They said sending now but never received

Once called for housekeeping, they should do housekeeping as the book says not only rearranging beds.

Room booked was king bed superior yet they just joined two single beds side by side. Housekeeping was not housekeeping, it was only bed rearrangement. Quietness is less than expected.

Great value for money

Second time staying at this hotel, we keep coming back due to the staff they are amazing. Rosita and Flo really took care of my family.
