Basic hotel. Good for one night in transit

The room was spotless, the only thing that I would recommend to make a deep clean is the Jacuzzi tub outside. There were some green slime around the jet rings they can do some cleaning to remove the algae growth on them. We didn't use it after seeing that around the tub jets. The afternoon tea was ok. I would rather see the leftovers (from breakfast) steam corns and potatoes for tea. I'd like to see more food and tea selections. The buffet breakfast were amazing. The staffs were able to cook a variety of Indonesian foods daily amongst with other cuisine such as western foods and Indian foods. They were scrumptious and freshly juices are the best. The staffs were very helpful and definitely accommodating to our needs. Indah and Sugang (the guest hospitality staff spelled name?); they were very kind and super helpful for the duration of our stay. We stayed there 8 days and love every minutes of it. Hendra was also very helpful with our luggages and getting our transportation. We definitely missed it already!! From getting the transportation to the hotel to sight seeing the staffs were always there to help out. Massage: We had our first massage at the hotel and sadly we didn't really enjoy it. The face cradle was not comfortable, when the masseuse was massaging on the shoulder, felt like she was choking me as my face pressed down into the hole and my throat was pressed against the cradle. Was really painful and it was not soft. Use softer sheet would help.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Seminyak for our honeymoon and booked the junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel overall offers excellent value for the price paid. You can tell the property is slightly dated in areas such as the bathroom and around the pool, which could use a refresh, but it still has great potential and strong foundations to be premium. Highlights: • Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and really great taste – the coffee was fantastic. • Staff were wonderful across the board, very friendly and attentive. • Large pool, although we wish there were more loungers with shade available as many were reserved early. • Gym was a nice feature, though it would be better with air conditioning. • We appreciated the happy hour credit, which was a lovely perk to enjoy bites and a cold coffee or beer. Overall, a very good stay with strong value for money. With a bit of renovation, this hotel could truly reach premium status.

The jacuzzi is on the top floor and kids love them. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Hotel offer a short ride to the square for shopping so it is very convenient. Nice food around the square and do try Warung Nia!

Overall great stay. The only downfall was the meal plan tab. It’s was very confusing. They don’t do a great job of explaining the cost of things. The food service on the rooftop was awful but breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant was on point every time

I feel bad leaving a less than stellar review as the staff were so friendly, lovely and attentive and I also liked the room itself. It's definitely had some noticeable wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, but the bed was very comfortable, lighting was thoughtful and I enjoyed the design and layout. However the room is advertised as a "pool view" And that was absolutely not what it was. It was a view of the hallway and you can technically see the pool if you crane your neck over the balcony. Due to this the room receives very little natural light or airflow, which makes it feel dark and musty and the balcony is basically unusable... This was not what I was expecting and I would have been very disappointed if I was staying longer than 2 nights. Due to this, I wouldn't stay again as I feel you can get better value accommodation close by.

Lovely hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. Good location for everything. Our room had a fridge and we were always left lots of bottles of water each day. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in Bali. Pancakes and waffles were a hit with the kids and we loved the omelettes and amazing coffee. Great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, slightly back from the hustle and bustle but easy walking distance. Good pool area and exceptional service and staff. Close to a few convience stores and they offer a shuttle to semiyak square. Only thing that could be improved was the shuttle could be more regular and also offer return trip from the square. We went to catch it at 10am and it had gone early. They were great and did another trip but another time we wanted to catch back from the square but couldn’t as depended on if anyone was going to the square. A regular schedule when it goes at specific times and returns at specific times would be a great improvement. Would stay at this hotel again. Thankyou

Truly a beautiful stay at this hotel. The service we received from all the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was great with several options. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food and service was great. The hotel is walkable to other eateries but the roads will several motorbikes and cars can cause a bit of concern however they did not hit anyone or anything 😊. Pool area is nice but I don’t think much of the beach which is not too far away. The hotel arranged for a shuttle to take us there but we had to find our way back but that was easy enough. The area outside of the hotel looks a bit rundown. If you are looking for a nice relaxing hotel with fabulous service this hotel fits the bill.

Very disappointed at my stay here. First of all the address/location is misleading on expedia. It’s not walking distance from the main square. The property itself is run down. While the staff was pleasant the facilities is really not worth the money paid. I also had VIP access to this property and they couldnt even allow an extra hour for check-out.

A lot of mis understanding and repititive questions. Staff are lovely but all ver new and need a lot more support and guidance. Food is very average, the menu badly needs to be refreshed. Hotel is not in a good spot, very few nearby restaurants and the 15 minute walk to the beach is dreadful. There should be a complimentary shuttle to Seminyak square and Petitgnet Beach. We wouldn't choose to stay there again.
