I really loved everything about the property. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to great restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive and professional. It truly felt like a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

I would’ve appreciated new bed sheets every few days, but our bed sheets weren’t changed even once the whole 8 nights we were there. But otherwise it was fabulous and I can’t fault the property, the services or the staff

Greeted by warm friendly staff Devi, Gita and the biggest thank you to John for making our stay exceptional. They made sure our stay was perfect in every way. Also Raza on the 6th floor looking after us for happy hour watching the beautiful sunsets. Chefs I Kedek and Dion worked their magic looking after all the guests with an amazing breakfast. The breakfast was just ok. I wish there were more choices if dishes. I genuinely feel for the kitchen staff and waiters as they were running around. have a few more staff during breakfast to manage the rush. The room was nice but I feel some renovations are in order. The pool was the highlight, loved it !

the breakfast rush and while I understand I mistakenly booked for an extra night, even if a refund wasnt possible, some sort of compensation would have been nice.

Great value for money in the heart of Seminyak

We stayed for 3 nights and it is a lovely hotel to stay in. We thought the location was excellent for where we wanted to be as it was close to the main area but set back so not noisy. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. We ate breakfast one morning which we were pleasantly surprised with how much choice there was. The pool was very nice with comfy loungers. I think it’s great value for money.

Cleanliness could be improved, as we arrived to dirty towels and marked bedsheets, though fresh towels were promptly provided. Leftover food trays were occasionally left outside rooms, even at night. Despite this, the location, room comfort, and value for money were excellent, 7/10 overall.

Quiet location in Seminyak, with friendly staff. Some great local cafes nearby.

Property was looking tried, breakfast ok, not enough sun lounges and no shade around the pool. Room was often not made up till late afternoon.
