Staff was nice and very accommodating when we had an issue. The bed was ok. It’s two twin beds put together so when sleeping the tend to slide.

This hotel is such a good deal considering their location. Cleanliness and airflow was good, another plus point is there was a small local 'warung makan' (eatery) and scooter rental just beside the hotel. One major negative point though, there were unexplained problems with their outsourced laundry service thus they can not provide us with any towels for the duration of our stay.

It was wonderful to use this hotel as our base for two weeks. It is close to all the top restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The staff were so friendly and amazing. They really made our stay such a pleasurable one.
