Clean, secure and good location
The pool was under maintenance, however pool at villas nearby was offered

The rooms are big and the bed. The bathroom is huge. The pool is a nice setting.
The bath is full of plants. The pool needed to have the leaves, flowers & pollen cleaned off more often.

Location is spot on. Walking distance to a quiet side of the beach. Shopping area/Mall/Flea market/eat outs are all a 10-30 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Lean staff but helpful. Rooms were clean but had some funky smell. The only USP of this place is it's location and pricing.
The bathroom and toilet cubicles do not have doors or curtains. There was a bath tub filled with soil & creeper plants and the space had sealed windows which was causing the weird stink I guess.
