The location. There are places to eat, drink, get massages, do laundry, and shop, as soon as you step out onto the street.
I know it's specific, and not unique to this place alone in Bali, but there are A LOT of smooth tiles that get slippery when it gets wet (which happens to occur quite often in rainy season).
Also, one of the bungalows, on the bottom floor, that I stayed in was really loud in the rain (I stayed in two, and the other one on the top floor was great).

Staff were fantastic our little garden cottage was nice
Don’t. Go in the wet season our cottage got flooded and so did a few others.
