This isn't Canggu's most luxurious resort. But great location, rooms have kitchennette, bed is comfy, no surprise photos that are meant to sell. Great value.

The staff were pleasant and polite. Housekeeping was a daily routine. The restaurants serve beautiful cuisines and at affordable prices. Would definitely book here again for my next trip to Cancun.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines and would highly recommend this hotel. The facilities were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel very welcome.
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
A very special thank you goes to Diah, who welcomed us at the breakfast buffet every morning. Her kindness, warm smile, and genuine hospitality made every morning start on a positive note. She made us feel valued as guests and is a real credit to the hotel.
If we had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the location. We personally would have preferred the hotel to be a little closer to the main attractions, but that certainly did not take away from the excellent experience we had.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning!
