Dates: 27-30 May 2026 Room: 344. Deluxe King. Pros: Breakfast very nice with good buffet but you can really order whatever you like from menu too plus extras. Location nice by the beach but not so close to shops etc so best to get a taxi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room has OK views but is far away from main lobby etc, so it's a bit of a walk via the bridge. The room has all the things you need and they regularly top up the water etc which is necessary. Well equipped gym but one of the treadmills was broken while I was there and still wasn't fixed after 3 days.  There are 4 pools here so it's easy to get a lounge chair. Restaurant at night is over priced but has great views. Best to try other restaurants in area in my opinion. Overall: lovely hotel, friendly staff, great pools and lovely breakfast.

Cons: Location not the best with semiyak square around a 25 min walk away but there are other nearby shops with cheap day spas- so go there instead of paying a ludicrously high price for the hotel massage. Check in was a little slow when we arrived. The room doesn't have a desk which is an oversight. Hotel room (in far away block accessed via a bridge) adjacent to residential areas which have dogs that bark at all hours which is annoying at night. On the other side of the hotel there is Potato Head so it gets noisy at night there till all hours. Turn down room service could do with providing some fruit or chocolates.

Beautiful rooms. With comfortable bed. Service is impeccable. Breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Plenty of room around pools. Great vibe.

the atmosphere and the quiteness and the rapid response

lateness in check in they literally made me stay 35 mins beyond my check in time. which is unprofessional.
