Beautiful views, amazing pool, and incredible location.

The location is probably the best you could get in Seminyak, right on the beach front but also very central to everything you need in Seminyak. All of the shopping, restaurants etc are walking distance. The hotel itself is very beautiful, amazing pools, the best sunset down at the pool bar. The buffet breakfast is incredible as well.

We arrived at 3pm for check in but our room was not ready, so we had to wait 1.5 hours before we could check in. They did however let us have complimentary food and drink at the bar and let us check out at 1pm to make up for it, and were very apologetic.

Resort is beautiful. Rooms are so lovely too. Kids loved kids club as there was barely any kids in it so they didn’t get too over whelmed like at over resorts.

Breakfast was good, but it’s a bit hard when most of the items you want you have to order from a menu. I love just going out and getting a little bit of everything rather than ordering a whole option. Kids get impatient too not just being able to walk up and grab some pancakes.

Loved our stay here and miss it already!

We loved the location so central to everything, the beach front position, the attention to detail (serving complementary water every time you visit the pools, laying your towel for the pool and even helping you choose the best sun lounger), the turn down service at night, the staff were very friendly, the afternoon singer on the deck, service was exceptional, we loved it all really.

Nothing, the aircon was a bit loud in the room thats all.

Probably the best located beach front resort in Seminyak, fantastic amenities.

The grounds, the various pool options, and the staff were fantastic. Ideal location.

The first room they gave us was very noisey given it's proximity to the loading bay, they did however move us to a much quieter room upon request.

Convenient hotel to explore Seminyak, clean and pleasant but customer service lacks 9’ areas.

Lovely beach bar and pool

Service. W rebooked pre two adults and two children, when we arrived no beds were made for the children. I asked reception if they could make them up, to which they replied they would do whilst we were out to dinner when we returned the beds were still not made. Our children our 4 and 6, which the knew, we went to reception again to request they were made up we were passed to 3 different people asking if it was necessary that evening. Eventually after insistence they came and made their bed. Another time I had put the do not disturb sign on and the doorbell was rung three times during this time. Other than that it was a great stay, however for the price I’d expect better customer service.

Looking forward to my next stay at this resort

Had a fantastic and enjoyable stay at this resort. Breakfast spot and pools facing the beach, ideal to watch the sunset from. Room was big and spacious, and also had a very good massage at the spa. Very conveniently located near a lot of good eateries that were within a short walking distance.

Absolute luxury, facilities are fantastic and staff are truly wonderful

The daily breakfast was amazing, a great buffet selection but also you can choose from the menu, The staff there were so welcoming and accomodating, filling every reqest as needed We aiso had dinner at Seasalt which was another wonderful experience But above all it is the staff that make your stay wonderful

We were given rooms in the pavillion, you should make patrons aware thst they are a long way from the main building requiring a golf cart pickup Also our sister was moved to a rooms in the main building due to mould and a musty smell due to poot ventilation, we were not offerred a move
