Highly recommended place to stay when in Seminyak! The location is perfect and the atmosphere is cozy.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly ♥️ They made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a cake 🥳.

The pool is beautiful, but the water’s dark color makes it less inviting.

Its one of the BEST places i stayed in Bali. Worth every rupee. I came with my brother, so it was super convenient to stay in a loft, with two separate zones. Ample space and super neat and well maintained.

Lovely stay in great location

Staff were lovely and welcoming every time we saw them. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard each day. Pool area was clean and relaxing. Accomodation nicely furnished and comfortable.

Some noise from nearby night club until early morning on a couple of nights

Pleasant, not memorable but good location.

I liked the spacious apartment and location. The sofas in the lounge were very comfortable and the window blinds were great to block out light and let in light. The staff were friendly.

There was no cot set up, so we slept in the lounge on the sofas as the upstairs part of the apartment where the bedroom was, was not safe for children to walk or crawl around as there was a big drop to the bottom part. They offered to set up the cot the next day but only before a certain time so we just slept for 2 nights on the sofa which was comfortable but not ideal.

great location: beach excess-shops-restaurants all walking distance! Loved my stay!

De location was fabulous! Right on the main street with lots of nice shops, restaurants and super close to the beach! Grab very easy to get. Potato Head, almost next door.

I will only advice you to do something with the big window in the room I had, to avoid that guest and staff can look into your room. You can see everything and have to close the curtain for your privacy, which is a pity if it is not dark outside. Ans the set up of the room is so nice, that you want to have the light from outside coming into your room.

Good location, great staffs

Excellent customer service, huge rooms and location is a stone throw away from restaurants and convenience stores. Room looks elegant, well-maintained and has all the essentials that we need.

Small touches seemed to be missed out - stained bedsheets, old towels, rusty electric kettle, and so on. The second level has railing with wide gap so not safe for small children.

The toilet was only opposite the shower by 1 meter and the floor was wet most of the time. Used towels to dry the floor after having a shower. Also the toilet seat was pealing. Needs to be replaced. Hot water wasn’t working 100% but overall the place is very good.

Nice enough and central.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Good location.

Facilities in a bit of disrepair. Needed to notify staff of problems with air conditioning unit, clogged toilet, and malfunctioning window shades. Limits to amenities also seem a bit petty. We were instructed that the coffee and tea that we had was all were were going to be given for the duration of our stay. Also, we were told that we only get two items of laundry complementary daily. For a family of four, I feel that this is barely even worth mentioning to a customer. It isn’t even one set of clothes. They should have a per kilo option similar to all the other laundry services in town.

Pleasant

The location was Perfect, the cost was the cheapest, and the Staff were very nice and helpful.

The power wasn't working in my room, but they got it fixed later on. I had two rooms booked in two different places and I ended up sleeping at the second place that I paid more for a room. This place is good if you are on a limited budget, because you get what you pay for and you stay at a great location that's close to all the fun in Seminyak.

If you are here to work, the location and facilities are excellent.

Very limited hot water, I think they need to upgrade the water heater systems. There is room for a small gym around the pool, this would significantly enhance the property and any stay there.

Nice large comfortable room with a good desk and chair to work from. Great pool area to relax by and fantastic location in Seminyak walkable to many bars, restaurants and day clubs. The staff is very friendly and was quite helpful in setting up what I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious clean contemporary apartment in a good location. Met all my expectations.

L2, was a true reflection of representation on all websites. Staff were warm and friendly. Apartment spacious & clean, non smoking apartment, comfortable bed. Smart TV with working Apps. Good WiFi signal. Good working air con. Location in Seminyak was good. Couldn’t hear outside noise once in apartment. In room breakfast is included but I declined so cannot comment on food standard. Complimentary drinkable water supplied along with adequate kitchenware.

1o% reduction on rate I feel would be a fairer rate to charge as there is no outside garden or balcony exclusively linked to apartment, It could be a contentious issue amongst smokers and non smoking neighbours as it appears smokers need to smoke in the communal thoroughfare to rooms. Also the offer of a reduced rate option for those not wanting the breakfast option.
