Our stay was very enjoyable, with excellent facilities, friendly always smiling staff.

We had a private pool, which was very clean, as well as a well maintained main pool. The room was spotless, with staff cleaning daily, including the hallways and lobby. Breakfast was good, and overall the cleanliness was top-notch.

This had nothing to do with the hotel. However, most of our group experienced Bali belly. We did not eat street food and only ate at highly rated restaurants with strong reviews. The Bali government needs to do more to ensure access to clean and safe water, especially given that tourism is the country’s main source of income.

If only a relaxing day to stay at the pool or just to rest, this would be good place to stay.

The bed was nice and staff were nice and very accommodating. They addressed any concerns immediately. Pool was very nice and relaxing.

The Hot Shower was not working. The door to the terrace did not any lock. i did not get the free ice cream. Place is a little outdated but doable. This is a family resort, so expect a lot of children around the area.

The areas surrounding it were being built, thus some of the pedestrian access was closed, it wasn’t as convenient to walk to the places around there as it used to be

Gorgeous but too pricey

The rooms were large and well equipped. The location is stunning and the pool area on the beach is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious.

The price of alcohol is exorbitant, $27 for a vodka shot and $25 for cocktails. There is no swim up pool bar which is also disappointing. The pool area is stunning, but the atmosphere is lacking, no lively music. The pool area needs to be more fun and drinks much less expensive.

I wouldn’t stay there again.

The property doesn’t seem to have a updated maintenance. Our door had issue couple of times not allowing us to access the room when wanted, dust under the bed, toilet. breakfast not very good for westerns. Wouldn’t stay there again

Furniture in rooms needs a good clean (lots of stains and dirt) Plumbing issues in the bathroom (toilet not flushing properly and weird smell after use) Garden was very run down and I actually did feel safe knowing anybody walking past was able to easily access the garden.

It was a pass but I would not stay here again.

The rooms were spacious. The staff were lovely & helpful. Kids movie night was good but there was no cotton candy. The rooms were clean but there furniture was not (stained & dirty).

The facilities are run down, sun bed cushions dirty, pool towels not cleaned properly (stained), breakfast food was a bit hit & miss (some mornings it was good others it wasn’t), there is construction happening next door & there was lots of noise. They charge a fee for kids to use pool floaties. Our private pool was murky & lacked cleanliness. There were no cushions on the out door seats in our suite. There is not much around the resort, if you want to walk out & find markets, shops & restaurants (like Kuta or Seminyak) this isn’t the resort for you. If you want to be away from others & have to travel everywhere then this resort is for you. I would not stay here again.

NOT a 5* hotel, Horrible construction noises just outside the balcony to the right, Old Building

The pool and the service of the staff, room size

The room and the whole building is really old, just remodeled and named to a 5 star for making the price off it, Construction work right outside our balcony, what horrid noises whole day all through on our 4 nights stay. Beach was dirty with dog poops, while checking out they charged 57000 idr for A drop of stain that was completely washable, Don't care about the 57k idr but its just a washable stain folks, just not polite calling us up at lobby and showing us something flimsy like this for the sake of a 57k idr on a 5* hotel u like to call it. Also did not receive a receipt nor any confirmation regarding the payment made. Enter the Lobby and u will feel that its not even a 3*. For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it

The rooms were as advertised - large, clean and comfortable. The pool area was excellent. The breakfast offering was brilliant.

The bathroom fittings weren't great in that they didn't work very well and turned the opposite to what they should have. It was also really dark in the bathroom and kept flooding in my particular bathroom. Very spacious though.

We moved hotels after the first night (supposed to be four nights), it was so bad. I would never recommend to anyone.

The infinity pool directly at the beach was beautiful.

The pool was green / murky and not suitable for swimming. The hotel corridor and our room had a damp / mould smell. The aircon constantly dripped / leaked leaving a big wet patch on the floor. There were mozzies all throughout our room on the first night and only seemed to stop appearing once the drain in the bathroom was covered. There was a blood stain on my pillow case. Raw sewerage smell in both bathrooms/ toilets which was sickening. There is a driveway / access for workers directly down the side of the resort which looks into the rooms with private pools and all day there were trucks and staff back and forth. The ‘break area’ for the staff was directly outside of our courtyard so all day we had cigarette smoke and staff directly outside which provided no privacy.

Loved our stay and would book again

Was unsure what to expect based on some negative reviews but we really enjoyed our 1 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 adults, 6yo & 18yo. The ice creams on arrival were a nice touch. The suite was huge with a view of the ocean. Big bathrooms. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting overlooking the pool and beach. Pool was also massive with plenty of lounges and day beds. Walking distance along the beach to Finn’s and Atlas and then the Shuttle service back from Atlas in the evening was great!

As some have said, the bathrooms were a little mouldy in the corners and the pool slightly murky.

Location was good. Good amenities with spa and gym on property. Well staffed. Huge pool with plenty of seating for patrons. Plenty of variety in included breakfast.

The staff at reception at times did not know what was going on or gave us different information - maybe due to language barrier. Rooms and hotel are not as new and modern as they look in pictures. It would be perfect if the rooms got an upgrade and the pool area got new furniture as it was worn out for such a beautiful scenic area.

Dirty blanket

We were very dissapointed. The blanket was VERY dirty. There were yellow and red stains on it!!! This is definately not a 5 stars hotel! Also the swimming pool water looks murky.

Please post actual photos for the room that you are offering here not the best suite they have and it’s reserved always 👎🏻 I have to upgrade my room as the room I book here it was with lodging area view or some backyard, No one will come to Bali to have such view especially if they fly 9 hours. I ask to change my bed sheets 3 times in first night,every time they where coming with stain look like makeup or blood spots 🤯 The hotel need general maintenance everything is tooo old.
