The room was very dirty and stinky. The room was always smells like sewer. The AC was not working. The YouTube or Netflix on TV was not working. Very humming the room so my daughter got sick.

Had a wonderful stay, all staff are wonderful, prompt and very friendly. Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali.

This property hotel was not what I saw on the photos. This hotel needs a facelift. Staff were ok pool room we had the pool was dirty and had to be cleaned twice..electrical in our room was poor with bad connection. . Communication was poor with staff . Breakfast was good with great food . Coffee was poor with no lite milk . Don't no why Expedia would put old photos of a hotel which is not up to scratch.

We had no hot water during our stay. Property is outdated and needs a massive upgrade. Pool area is nice however food wasn’t great and the cabana area is not as good as it was a year ago when we stayed. Good location but needs some attention

If I could give it 0 I would. So discusting, mould in rooms and bathrooms, the pool and restaurant are so run down. It’s past needing small Reno’s or cleaning. Needs to be shut down and a complete redo. 8th time in Bali and have never stayed in worse

Place is very dated, especially the rooms. There were stained couches, stained duvets, drains in bathroom not draining well. However was clean and service was good. Staff were kind. Pool was nice with a great view. Needs more umbrellas at the pool area and the chairs need some cleaning as well. But pretty good otherwise and i would stay again.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The whole property is extremely tired and dirty. The staff are all very pleasant and friendly. The pool area needs a good clean up. It appears management do not put any resources into cleaning around the property. What pictures we saw on-line and what the Lv8 advertise is not correct. The roof has a tarpaulin covering one side of the second storey ...very disappointed for what we paid for a family holiday.

Hotel is run down. Needs much more maintenance, paint job, refreshed furniture, power washing around the pool deck. Breakfast buffet while the food was good, was often empty, and very slow to replenish. They have far too many drink me I’d at the pool, and the staff were often confused : beer, then wine menu, cocktail menu, separate wine menu - all very confusing The only great thing about his hotel is the pool. The beach is not great, only swam one day beside of the large waves all the time. I would stay elsewhere.

The bones are here .. nice property but it needs a refresh.. room was fantastic - 1 Bedroom partial ocean view.. great size .. pool area is also fantastic.. staff cannot do enough for you .. there is a club down the beach - LOUD Fri and Sat nite till 430am music .. sounds like it’s coming from downstairs.. download Grab for taxi service .. lots of great restaurants nearby .. Numero Quattro - spectacular Italian low prices .. overall excellent stay

The property had mould growing all over curtains, the art, light fixtures, and throughout the room. There was evidence of water damage not just in room but all over the resort. There were buckets catching water from the ceilings for the bulk of our stay! It smelt and I saw old food left in stairways and halls. It was unclean and in dire need of upgrades! We left halfway through our booked stay due to the state of the room! The staff were the only reason this place was tolerable!

We stayed for only 1 night over here. We paid 12,200 INR. We had booked 2 rooms. To start with the room, the rooms were very old. It demands renovation. The shower was not working properly. The mirrors were dirty. The towels were looking like they were used. The curtains were torned and stained. One room had very dirty view and obstructed view to ocean. Room no. 556. The right side view was very dirty with mud. The staff was not providing us shuttle service to us but other people were using their shuttle over hours. They finally helped us after insisting. The cutlery they provided were literally dirty. In a nutshell, they really need to up their customer service and their construction for the hotel. We are super disappointed.

When we booked this hotel we were very excited, but unfortunately upon arrival we realised it is not what it once was or what it looked like in the photos. The room we stayed in was very dirty and not well looked after. A lot of things either didn’t work or were in need of repair. The view of the beach we were supposed to have was actually a construction site. We did manage to get it cleaned up a bit once we spoke to the staff and they were very helpful in getting the room up to a liveable standard but unfortunately it still wasn’t great or worth the money we paid. Staff were very friendly and helpful but whoever owns this hotel really needs to put some TLC into it. Also very hard to sleep when you can feel and hear the bass from Atlas, Finns and VUE.
