A Perfect Family Stay in the Heart of Seminyak

Our stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouse Seminyak was wonderful, especially traveling with children. The property blends contemporary style with a cozy atmosphere that feels family-friendly. Even though it’s near Seminyak’s vibrant spots, the setting is calm and comfortable. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for our family to relax. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant, which made dining effortless with kids. The team were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always showing genuine care toward our children. We’re looking forward to returning, especially once the new gym is ready.

Excellent experience at Cicada Luxury Townhouse

From check-in to check-out, my stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouse Seminyak was seamless and enjoyable. The property has a stylish yet understated design, creating an atmosphere that feels comfortable rather than overdone. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease. The townhouse was generously sized, well laid out, and very comfortable. It was clear that the management pays close attention to maintenance and guest comfort. The overall environment felt quiet and exclusive, which was especially appreciated after spending time exploring busy Seminyak. One of the standout features is the restaurant located within the property. The convenience of having good food just steps away cannot be overstated, especially for relaxed evenings. The quality of the dishes and the service made it a place we were happy to dine at more than once.

Cicada Luxury Townhouse Seminyak exceeded our expectations, particularly as a family with children. The property strikes a great balance between modern design and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels very suitable for kids. Despite being close to Seminyak’s main attractions, the environment remains peaceful and relaxed. The townhouse was spacious, tastefully designed, and immaculately maintained. The comfortable layout made it easy for our family to settle in, and the overall space felt safe and practical for children while still being stylish for adults. Having an on-site restaurant was a huge plus. It made meal times simple and stress-free, especially with kids. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making sure our children felt comfortable and welcome during every visit. The service throughout the stay was outstanding. The team were warm, attentive, and especially kind to our children, which made us feel truly cared for. We were also happy to hear that a gym will be available soon—an excellent addition for parents who like to stay active during their holiday.

Affordable Luxury 😊

The staff were absolutely welcoming and friendly. Archer at reception was a true gentleman and made me feel very welcome. The setting and room was stunning! The bed was very cosy and the spa, divine! On departure Archer kindly assisted with a shuttle to my other accommodation which was above and beyond great service 👍

Very luxurious stay!

Beautiful villa with private plunge pool and larger swimming pool with loungers in a beautiful private setting. Spacious rooms. 5 min walk to beach and about 10 - 15 min walk to main shopping and restaurant area. Great breakfast served in the villa each morning. Nice staff. Security.

Have to walk through a dark and narrow alley/street with no sidewalk to reach the villa. Not pedestrian friendly.

Great value

Large clean space with great storage. The team were so lovely and welcoming. I was a little under the weather and they went above and beyond to bring my orders to my room. Even bringing me ginger tea for mentioning I had a sore throat. On my last day, they drove me an hour away to my next hotel and gave me a goodie bag. Oh and you are welcomed with warm home made bakery goods in your room. I could go on, my only regrets is not staying longer.

Very friendly staff and breakfast was delivered to oyr room daily, freshly prepared and on time. Staff were amazing.

Room needed maitainence and tv reception was poor. No fixing the tv. But apart from this the room was luxurious.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book again!

The staff were absolutely amazing! Rooms were cleaned beautifully each day and they really took good care of us. Location was PERFECT, close to the action but still have complete privacy . The staff were so accommodating for my twin toddlers and really took care of everything for them to have a great stay as well.

Best place to stay in Bali! Amazing trip

Location, service, comfort all exceeded expectations. The staff at Cicada went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Bali, and even let us stay in our room post check out before our late flight. Bath facilities were amazing, as was the pool and free breakfast options. Absolutely fabulous, will definitely come back here next trip!!!

Breakfast options were excellent and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location was very quiet and when in the villa you felt a world away from the traffic / noise of the city

We didn’t know they were extending the property, there was a small amount of noise but it also cut the garden view off with a metal barrier, I’d definitely stay there again so next time we will get the whole view.

Very pleasent stay in the Cicada apartments

very quiet area in busy Seminyak. Very good staff with attention to details. Breakfast was ordered the day before and served in the kitchen of the apartment. We could stay a bit longer to match the complimentary airport taxi.

Unfourtunately, the new gym building was under construction some of the days we were there but didnt bother us so much.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Well maintained and everything working as it should. The staff were just super lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, way better than a standard hotel buffet breakfast.

It’s in a busy part of seminyak but luckily set back on a quiet road. Still road noise from motorcycles using the road as a cut through. But very tolerable.

Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing room with pool and good location

The service is great, lovely staff and very friendly. Easy walk to the local markets and restaurants. Finding a blue taxi or moped taxi was easy. We enjoyed a massage arranged by the staff, in our room and I do recommend the Balinese massage. The service was great. The breakfast served in the room was really good and great service again. The private pool was fabulous and relaxing, either mid day taking a break or late evening to relax. Easy walk to the beach and not as busy as the beach resorts, we enjoyed the quieter area. The WiFi is good, the layout of the room is good and very spacious.

Bali bliss

The hotel staff were amazing. So friendly and they looked after us very well. The villas are very spacious and are furnished nicely. I liked that we had our own private pool in the villa and we could also use the large shared pool. The villas are in a fantastic location with many places to eat and shop close by.

The villas are lovely but are getting a little older now. Our group stayed in 3 different villas and only 1 of the villas had a toaster in the kitchen and there were limited items to use in the villa kitchen, it could use a few more untensils, pots, pans and crockery. Some days the breakfast was not as good as other days. But these were minor details, we really enjoyed our stay and felt we made a great choice staying at Cicada.

The space is great in this small boutique resort with very helpful staff.

We found the towels and sheets old and used. It would have been great if it’s crisp and fresh. The towels were particularly limp and doesn’t feel fresh.

Location is excellent. Property has everything required

Breakfast. Not a good standard. Eggs were served uncooked. Pineapple juice consisted of mainly froth. Breakfast selection sheet not offered had to be requested. Gave up and went out instead. But in saying that couldn’t fault the Villa. Staff wonderful.
