Okay, but quite a way from town

Right on great beach, nice pool. Loads of beach bars close by.

Room had flying insects, we had to go to 7-11 and buy some insect spray to kill off insects. Not a lot of sun beds, a lot of them were taken up by people from a Certain country, you know who you are😒. About 30 minute walk to town.

It had a great vibe. I loved standing on the beach and looking out at the beautiful ocean view.

Your resort is on a beautiful beach. The grounds were well kept. And the bungalow was cozy. I found it very easy to focus on work. It was very quiet. I would definitely recommend staying at the Laguna Beach Club.

Convenient and Relaxing trip at Laguna

The room was beautifully furnished with great attention to detail with Thai furnishings. The room had a huge smart TV with loads of western channels and Netflix. The bed was really comfortable and the hotel is right on the beach with a lovely pool.

The hotel is slightly away from busy restaurants and bars and the hotel bar/restaurant was shut at night. This might be due to off season.

Relaxing days and stunning sunsets

Direct beach access, perfect for watching stunning sunsets. Good size rooms, nice breakfast, good pool, lovely staff. Short walk to main road for good selection of shops, restaurants etc if you went via the beach - beachfront restaurants were more expensive.

Shower was very temperamental, mostly cold. Towels had a musty smell.

Great!

Location was great, we paid extra for the pool suite which compared to other double rooms was not real value for money but very good. (3 x the price) the whole place needed some basic maintenance, cracked lights, re paint etc but assumed as it was approaching the end of the season they may sort this out soon. Overall it was a nice hotel right in the beach and we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the resort is perfect, with direct access to the beach. The resort is calm, there is a nice pool and the staff is very welcoming. We enjoyed the thai massage done in the resorts, at a good price (roughly same as everywhere)

We purchased breakfast directly at the resort "restaurant" but it was disapointing. Better walk a few meters on the beach and have your breakfast on the numerous other restaurants there.

Worst experience in more than 20 years in Thailand

Beach and pool

Room was totally different from what we had booked (Beachfront accommodation right next to our friends as booked six months earlier was changed to an obstructed sea view on 2nd floor,far away from our friends), thus spoiling a holiday we had been planned with friends for a long time...our complaint was met with aggressive behavior, no apologies or any attempt to make up for this mistake Unfriendly and inhospitable staff Only cold water shower Plastic mattresses Ridiculously overpriced for the value Slow service Bad restaurant

no blankets on the bed, had to ask the staff to bring one. rooms smaller than advertised. no water tap in front of bungalow to wash off the sand from the beach. hair dryer could not be used because the electric cord was too small to reach the plug.

Good

The apartment looked good and the view from 1st floor, overlooking the beach and ocean was very nice - and a personal shower, and sunchairs on the large balcony was also very nice. The AC in the livingroom worked quite well.

The glasdoor towards the pool, when closed, had a spacing of upto 1,5cm - which means mosquitoes could fly in :( There was several large vases - which we suspected was used by mosquitoes to hide, as we had some we simply could not find (and kill). They SHOULD have a mosquito lamp (that attracts and kills them) indoors - which one could turn on at night if necessary - and they SHOULD have a mosquito net over the beds. The hot water didn't actually work very well.. We complained and they got it to work "as well" - so we could have hot water for about 30 seconds.. then you had to step out, turn it to "all hot" - wait 30 seconds - for the hot water to return :( It was clearly using an electric heater (as everyone on the island does) - but the heaters with manual settings in another location we stayed, worked perfectly.. and here it was hidden and really did not work :( The AC in the bedroom blew un-cooled air.. and wasn't as adjustable as the one in the living room :( Luckily that room had a fan that atleast worked. The pool seemed to be held very clean (cleaned with pool-vacuumer every morning), and did not seem to have too high a chlorine level. The kids pool section, had some very rough edges and "builtin seats" - so our youngest found her feed bleeding after having been in there for a few hours. We had to tell her to stay out of the kids pool :( The wifi "worked" intermittently.. it seemed to be a line capacity issue..

Good value and would stay there again.

A great choice situated in a great position on Klong Dao beach, this hotel has a range of clean bed and breakfast accommodation options. We had one of the bungalows and the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice pool, frequented by families although the space for sunbeds is a bit tight. There is a relaxing garden area and more sunbeds available directly on the beach. Bathroom and beach towels are provided and changed daily. The beach itself is clean with nice sand, good for a long walk and safe for swimming although on some days you had to watch out for the jelly fish ‘resting’ on the beach. There are lots of restaurant options located along the beach in the evening.The hotel restaurant is also located right next to the beach and looks out to the sea beyond, a beautiful setting. Breakfast is ample with a choice from a set menu and served to order. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the main road where you will find a 7 Eleven, shops, local laundry services, a good Thai tailor 'PTOP Tailor' and lots of places to eat. Koh Lanta is one of our favourite islands and Klong Dao beach area is great for families and couples.

Intermittent drainage smells in the bathroom but we bought an air freshener which helped.

Fuimos muy afortunados en poder encontrar este lugar al último momento. Es un ambiente muy tranquilo, los trabajadores siempre están dispuestos ayudarte. El lugar está bien situado frente al mar, y una piscina en muy buen estado. Las camas son bastante cómodas. Estuvimos en un bungaló familiar bastante grande. Nos encantó este lugar. Volveremos sin lugar a dudas.

Einfache , aber saubere Unterkunft am Strand

Einfaches , aber sauberes Resort. Wir hatten einen Bungalow in der Nähe des Pools. Der Strand ist toll , sehr breit und sauber . Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit entfernt von Saladan, wo es abends einen Markt gibt.

Die Bungalows könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Es ist schon alles ziemlich alt , aber für den Preis in der High Season vollkommen ok.
