Twin Lotus Resort and Spa - SHA Plus - Adult Only "November - April"

We had an amazing time here. The hotel room is very nice and clean, the staff are super friendly & polite and the food (breakfast & Barracuda restaurant) is delicious. The sunset on the beach is beautiful, definitely one of the highlights of this resort and best enjoyed by the infinity pool with a pair of happy hour cocktails! The spa treatment is also excellent, it helped my back and neck feel so much better afterwards. The service throughout my stay was brilliant and I highly recommend this hotel!

The wifi was quite slow, but otherwise it was perfect!

Big property with nice amenities. Pools were great, breakfast is exceptional. I unfortunately fell ill during my stay here but they were very accommodating and allowed my sister to bring me breakfast! The staff were amazing and definitely made the trip that much better!

Room service is very expensive, not a lot of restaurants nearby that are open during low season. Our AC was leaking our whole week there despite someone coming to fix it. Beach could use a clean

There was peace and quiet and a nice resort with lots of wildlife delicious breakfast area. Staff very polite and helpful

So annoying to start your vacation with so many problems with the room. It's like the cheapest rooms are being downgraded. Waiting for something to be fixed 1. Aircondition did not work properly 2 times. Second time no one showed up at all. 2. We never had hot water at the time we were there also when they said it would be/was fixed 3. Difficulty to get a parasol if you were not there early morning. I waited for one 2 hours but it was fixed though.
