Beautiful, next to the beach, pools were clean, room was nice.

Beautiful location straight onto the beach, amazing breakfast. Comfortable, clean and stylish rooms.
Rooms and pools needed a bit of maintenance, we got upgraded to a pool villa which was lovely but the pool itself was dirty and we didn’t use it. There was also an issue with people reserving sunloungers despite signs saying this wasn’t allowed, as there are limited numbers

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, the pictures from the site match the reality.
The garden pool had good sun-bed accessibility. The beach is very close and also has sun-beds.
Excellent breakfast
Good location - it is a 5-7 min ride from the town, walking street etc. , but they have a tuk-tuk “hub” at the hotel, so it is very easy (and cheap) to get a ride.
The beds in the room (garden villa) were very hard (also compared to other hotels in Thailand).
Also, we had trouble with the booking process but could not get help from the hotel.
1) When we booked through booking.com we got a confirmation email, but suddenly the booking had disappeared. It turns out the booking was cancelled (we did not get a cancellation email, the booking just appeared to be cancelled on booking.com app). We called booking.com, they were kind to help, but could not do anything since it was a third party, that had cancelled the booking since the room suddenly was no longer available. It still appeared available on the site though. When we called the hotel there were no help from the front desk, they just said that we should book another room through booking.com. (Hotels here rather want you to book with booking.com than at the hotel itself because of the algorithm). We ended up booking a (more expensive) villa instead of a room.
2) We wanted to extend the stay, and the room were available on booking, but front desk could not help. They told us to book at booking.com, which meant that we had to check out at 12 and in again at 15. We did therefore not extend.

There was peace and quiet and a nice resort with lots of wildlife
delicious breakfast area.

So annoying to start your vacation with so many problems with the room.
It's like the cheapest rooms are being downgraded. Waiting for something to be fixed
1. Aircondition did not work properly 2 times. Second time no one showed up at all.
2. We never had hot water at the time we were there also when they said it would be/was fixed
3. Difficulty to get a parasol if you were not there early morning.
I waited for one 2 hours but it was fixed though.

"Lovely hotel, really good and quiet, the italian restaurant was the best in our opinion, get the burrata pizza! We used the spa for a hot stone massage and it was the best massage i’ve ever done."
