We read the reviews and thought we’d make it our base camp for our week on Koh Lanta.
Unfortunately, the accommodations were not on par with what the photos showed. This place is very dated and weathered. The pool is clean but has a very strong chemical odor. Our internet kept going in and out, the TV did not work, and the bed was very thin and uncomfortable. Additionally, the walls were thin to the point we could hear the conversation in the next door room (and also when their kiddos got upset and started crying). We have no complaints about the staff.
I wish we could get at least a partial refund but that’s my bad and no fault of the facility.
