My friend and I stayed here in mid-March. I had read complaints about mosquitoes but we had no problems. The pool is near Olympic width and chilled and shaded which was a huge plus. Breakfast was simple and adequate. The coffee was adequate. There is a short walk to town, but no walking path Walk down the beach for a more dinner options. Those resorts are crammed packed. This one gave you lots of space, peace and quiet. I am nearing 70 and have to admit that the mattress on the floor was a bit hard on my knees. I also wish the company would work to reduce light pollution at night. We ended up unscrewing the lightbulb outside our sliding door as there was no black out shade on the sliding doors. Overall this was ideal for individuals who don't like crowds and seek a peaceful retreat with a fantastic pool.

Stayed for 3 nights. The resort grounds are beautiful. The restaurant and pool and staff were all great as well. I stayed in the deluxe garden view room and I can see the concept of the doors opening up to allow for an indoor outdoor living area and get that breeze in your room but realistically once theyre closed its like staying in a dungeon. The bed is pretty much on the ground and there's not much walking room around the bed so I kept stubbing my toes. The bathroom and shower however were nice but I dont think I'd stay here again.

We really loved staying at Costa Lanta. We were so posentively surprised by the venue, staff, rooms, design, all the space, service and the pool. Everything was wonderful and we felt such at home, from the first moment we arrived to the last. The team was always there for us.
