Very impressed with everything, exept maybe the matrass. Lovely caring personnel, great breakfast, great loication, lovely beach (very low lowtide, but l guess that is everywhere in this area). Bungalow very nice. Ac a bit dated, but worked fine. Bed is very hard, but hey that is Thailand. The linnen is superlovely!!!. The whole hotel area is gorgeous. The massage on the hotel was very good.

Location is extremely convenient and staffs were friendly. Food and drinks were delicious too. Room were slighly dated. But they have an amazing seating area outside for guests to chill. Amazing choice for familes with kids. We barely had to leave our hotel.

Twin Bay exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds were beautiful, our beachfront room had a stunning view of the bay and was perfectly appointed. The water in front of the resort was crystal clear. The staff all were so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond on numerous occasions, even calling to check and make sure our ferry transfer was all set. The breakfast and all the food we ate at the restaurant, Breezy Bites was very good. We tried multiple Thai dishes and were never disappointed. The Northstar bar kept us hydrated with tasty drinks and smoothies at very reasonable prices. The location was also convenient to walk to multiple other restaurants. We hope to come back someday!
