We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. We rented a bike and travelled around the island. The hotel room was beautiful and very clean. The outside pool was amazing and a quick walk from your door.

Lovely place, good location and friendly staff. There are somewhat strict rules, with lots of things forbidden in the hotel. Room was modern, spacious and clean, however there were stains on the towels. There wasn’t a breakfast buffe, you instead got to choose from a menu of 3 items, and the food was okay. All in all, it’s a comfortable and beautiful resort that is definitely worth it.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and we arrived two days later than planned. We tried to contact the hotel for more than a week in advance via Agoda, email and Facebook to explain the situation and ask if it would be possible to adjust the booking. Unfortunately we never received any reply, even though the messages on Facebook were read.
Because of this we lost two nights of our stay. When we arrived, the hotel had many empty rooms, but no goodwill solution was offered. The only option presented to us was to book and pay for an additional night.
At the reception we were told that they could not contact the owner and that similar cases happen often, with the same answer every time. We were also told that the owner is currently on holiday, which might explain why we never received a reply to our messages.
The staff at reception was polite, but the lack of communication before arrival and the complete absence of flexibility was disappointing.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed is ridiculously hard, like a slab of concrete. There are laminated signs around the property and in the rooms. The rooms are claustrophobic and jail cell like. I would not recommend this property!
