Its not the same place they took us to another hotel for the same owner and it was far from the beach

We stayed at Lanta Palm Beach Resort for a few nights, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. The room itself was okay for the price—not fancy, but decent. However, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and felt a bit unpleasant. Plus, there was no proper curtain or blackout option, so by 6 AM, the sunlight was already waking us up, making it hard to sleep in.
The worst part was the atmosphere at the on-site restaurant. We had hoped to spend time there during the day, but the staff was quite rude to us. At one point, they even told us that if we weren’t buying anything, we should leave. This was extremely uncomfortable, especially since we were there with our kids.
On top of that, the place was filled mostly with older guests, so the vibe wasn’t great for families. In the end, we decided to cut our stay short and move to another place in Koh Lanta, which turned out to be much nicer.
If you're traveling with family, I’d recommend looking for a more welcoming and family-friendly option elsewhere.

I can’t give a review because when I showed up the place seemed to be under construction. They messaged me saying it was not safe to stay there because of the wind but the weather was clear. I was taken to another hotel close by and paid thinking it was also on the beach in a bungalow like I had booked. I was wrong it was a hotel room with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Not what I paid for but made the best of it. Staff were friendly at least. I do feel very mislead
