Great location and charming surroundings, but the hotel is outdated and in clear need of renovation.

The location of this hotel is excellent and definitely its biggest strength. It’s close to the Swedish school, the beach, shops, and restaurants, which makes it very convenient for families. The area itself is large and has a lot of potential. The property has charming small huts set along jungle-like pathways, which creates a cozy and unique atmosphere. The family suites are spacious and close to one of the pools

However, the hotel is in great need of renovation and upgrading. Many areas feel old and outdated, and with some investment and modernization, this place could be truly amazing. Overall, it has fantastic potential thanks to its location and layout, but it needs refurbishment to match today’s standards.Gym was closed as well and that was dissapoting

The standard room was quite small, and the breakfast was rather simple and boring. The rooms and common areas would benefit from some renovation. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the suite was not working during our stay

Good room, good location but run down facilities.

Very good location, close to bars, restaurants, shops. The room we had was large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the back pool.

Breakfast was average, saved by the egg cook. The facilities are run down, not enough sun beds or shade. The sewerage stinks and is unbearable near reception and unfortunately our room, something needs to be done about this as it’s unhygienic. The staff are average, there seems enough but many of them just stand around doing nothing. Not sure what the two girls at breakfast do…the work is left to too few. Maybe they could assist by offering some service around the sun lounges or even set up the sun lounges for people…these are left to guests to assemble each day. The place is not terrible, saved by the location and the room. The property needs a decent clean up, some maintenance and some management.

Very rundown, can see that it was once nice and could be again. But the place felt deserted, there were barely any staff or guests.

Great stay among nature with a spice of nice architecture

Great swiminng pools and location just at long and wide beach. The house was good size with plenty of place. I worked remotely and WiFi was doing very well. Breakfast was buffet and good value for money. Staff was always smiling. While reading some of the last reviews I had a feeling that a lot has changed to positive. The nice forest vibe was great for sunny days and plenty of space in 2 big swimming pools will give you a feeling of enyoing your holidays and relax. The resort is very close to cheap restaurants and 7eleven. You can even walk to the centre of a town. I had amazing stay and would choose this place again.

Just advice to the management: The resort purchased some new sunbeds and chairs. They are just folded and unused. You can put them around beach front, make some happy hour deal for drinks and the place will live fully.

Direct aan het strand. Lief personeel. Fijn zwembad. Bedden liggen goed. Klein stukje vanaf de hoofdstraat met gezellige tentjes en alle gemakken die je nodig bent.

Smukt, men nedslidt

Smukke omgivelser med meget hyggelig træsti gennem resortet. To forsk. pools i hver ende af resortet. Morgenmadsrestaurant lige ved stranden, som bl.a. tilbød omelet med selvvalgt fyld.

Stedet virkede meget nedslidt og fremstod ikke som et 4-stjernet hotel længere. Nogle områder var lukket af pga. slid og fare for sammenstyrtning. Ved den hyggeligste pool var der ingen solsenge, men kun nogle plastikstole, og slet ikke nok ift. antallet af gæster, der kunne ønske sig at benytte poolen. Restauranten var helt tom om aftenen, da den ikke indbød til hyggelig stemning som nabostederne.

De locatie is top! Op loopafstand van meerdere winkeltjes/restaurantjes. Ook kan je via het strand gemakkelijk naar eettentjes. Het personeel is heel aardig!

De kamers zijn gedateerd en er is geen Spa aanwezig, zoals de naam wel doet vermoeden. Het ruikt rondom de kamers erg naar riolering.

A vrai dire pas grand choses tout est vieillot les chambres sont salles et plein d’humidité il y a beaucoup de moustiques il y a des trous dans les toiture la terrasse est cassé la piscine est sale l’eau est verte le petit déjeuner est mauvais les transats sont déchirés.

Je n’ai rien aimé j’ai demandé le remboursement qui m’a était refusé du coup j’ai perdu mon argent et je suis allé dormir dans l’hôtel d’à côté.

Hytterne var utroligt charmerende og med god størrelse

Man kan ikke kalde sig et spa hotel og så ikke have noget som helst spa…. Ikke engang massage. Eller nogle andre former for spa faciliteter/behandlinger udover pool… Alle faciliterer på hotellet trænger til en seriøs renovering og det er synd det ikke bliver prioriteret - for det er virkelig et skønt sted med kæmpe potentiale! Men det fremstår meget slidt så snart man er ude af sin hytte. Derudover: - Håndklæder var meget slidte og misfarvede. - bruseren var fuldstændig kalket til - Terrassedøren kunne ikke lukkes i bunden - men der var myggenet, så okay.

God placering til stranden, dejligt med gode restauranter langs stranden.

Der bør foretages reparationer på hytterne, der er sprækker langs døre og vinduer, hvor små dyr, “ myg” kan komme ind og aircondition forsvinder bare ud af huset. Ligeledes er der udskiftes brædder i de gangbroer, som man gå på langs hytterne og med til vandet.

Mooie locatie maar toch net niet.

De man van de bagage en de jongedame en jongeman van de receptie waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prachtige strand aan het hotel met een leuke restaurant en wederom vriendelijk personeel.

De badkamer was niet schoon bij aankomst en ook balkon noet schoon. Na verzoek werd de badkamer schoongemaakt maar was nog niet goed. Zwembad was ook niet naar behoren schoon.
