Poor Value For What You Get

The location is convenient if you want to be close to the ferry and the town. The pool is nice. The buffet breakfast was acceptable, but quite underwhelming considering how expensive the room is. Overall, this place, including the breakfast, feels significantly overpriced for what you receive.

I specifically booked this place because I was told I could check in at 12 noon, and this was confirmed by email in advance. However, when I arrived at 12:40, I was informed that the room was not ready and that I would need to wait an hour, which was obviously very disappointing. Do not rely on the promises made at this resort, as they did not keep their word in my case. If this is how they treat confirmed arrangements, it could easily happen to other guests as well. The biggest issue is that this resort feels significantly overpriced for what you receive. In my opinion, it should cost about half of what I paid. It feels like a tourist rip-off to charge such high rates for a very standard room located at the back of the property. The buffet breakfast was also quite mediocre. Overall, I feel that staying here was not good value for money. On a positive note, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite.

A hotel resort feel, I could have stayed longer (I was there for 2 weeks) had it not been for the executive manager.

The executive manager was problematic - as alluded to in another guest's review. I was offended by a his attitude; especially an interaction that became abusive.

It was very comfortable, nice beach easy to swim there, staff friendly and helpful We loved the yoga center next door , so peaceful there with healthy smoothies and snacks and enjoyed morning yin yoga class

For a young couple on a romantic holiday it didn't feel like the right vibe, it's perfect for families with kids, many children there

We really liked the swimming pool. The staff was friendly. Nice view to the ocean. Ok breakfast includes some fruits, coffee, juice, bread, jam, eggs, ham, sausages, mini croissants. Very quiet during October. Really liked our staying.

Many mosquitos came inside when the staff cleaned.

it was close to the beach and the room was clean and bed wasn’t too bad

there was no hot water and the reception wash shut straight after we checked in at 6pm so there was no one there to help and let know we had not hot water. also there was no restaurant or bar open and it was raining. we had to then walk in the rain to find dinner and drinks

We bring are own food, then there was no fork beacause there was no key for the kitchen. Ask to much for what you get. We went to another resort, cheaper and much better. Fantastic and unforgettable.

First: it has to be understood that everything is in the context of the current "climate" with Covid-19. So, first, that this hotel has survived with all the previous restrictions is remarkable and a great testament to the staff and management. The staff on site really go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located right at the beach on Khlong Dao. Our room (no.2) was in fact directly ON the beach - it was truly amazing, the incredible "Lanta sunset" we could watch every day from our own patio, the beach is right outside the door and the bath-warm Andaman sea is 20 meters away. It seems that this room is the ONLY one from all the hotels on this beach that is right facing the ocean so we were incredibly lucky to get it. In the evening you can walk easily along the beach to a good number of restaurants right on the beach front. Its quiet, the only sound are gentle waves rolling onto the beach. The pool is lovely although we did not use it, and there are a number of rooms around the pool also. Second: Remember that this is a true Island Beach hotel - it is not a Hilton or Westin or Crowne Plaza. If you want super-soft beds and 6-inch thick quilts, Baths with Jacuzzi, couches and arm chairs around the room and things like that - you won't find. The room is clean, the bathroom is functional and the basics like fridge, tea/coffee facility etc are all there and the bed and linen is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is limited, but has eggs, fresh fruit and sliced ham and bread / toast etc..they will cook you a fresh omelette on request. It is not the endless buffet of a 5-Star, so don't expect it, but it is good enough in the most unbelievable setting. Sometimes we had it, sometimes just coffee, sometimes we gave it a miss and had a super brunch at one of the other restaurants along the beach.

I'm going to say nothing negative about this hotel. It delivered everything we wanted for our beach vacation.

Great location right on the beach and still easy walking distance (10-15 min) to town, nice pool area, nice restaurant, good breakfast. Try the acai bowl.

Jedno z nejlepších ubytování na ostrově

Snídaně formou bufetu byla chutné a vždy byl dostatek všeho. Co ale hlavně musím ohodnotit, byla paní recepční a její přístup k nám. Měli jsem 3 bungalovy a asi omylem jsme objednali jiné, než jsme chtěli. Paní recepční nám ale vyšla vstříc a provedla výměnu za lepší bungalovy. Nakonec jsme ani nemuseli nic doplácet, protože jsme v tomto resortu byli již potřetí. Také jsme dostali voucher na 20% slevy na večeři v místní restauraci. Škoda, že jsme tuto restauraci neobjevili dříve. Jídlo bylo velice chutné, velké porce a za velice rozumné ceny. Škoda, že resort více nepropaguje tuto místní restauraci. Mají zde i drinky (velice dobré) v době Happy Hours jen za 99 THB. Navíc sedíte těsně u pláže, kolem je klid a užíváte si pohody. A nemusíte běhat po městě a shánět jinou restauraci. Moc děkujeme.

Schönes preiswertes Resort!

Die Lage direkt am Strand war sehr schön. Geplanter Pool.

Wenn viele Besucher anwesend sind, dürften die Liegen knapp werden. Es könnte etwas grüner in der Anlage sein. Wobei der Rasen schön gepflegt war. Der Blick von der Terrasse der Bungalows auf die davorstehenden ist nicht so toll. Hier könnte etwas mehr grün helfen.
