About this apartment rental
150 m² accommodation, 3 bathrooms. VIEWS of the Turia Gardens. CONNECTED to all destinations (bus/metro). Historic center 8 minutes away. STRICT SILENCE POLICY FROM 10:30 p.m. during the week and 24 hours on weekends. Bicycle rental. Air conditioning and full Wi-Fi. We provide tea, milk, coffee, and cookies. Optional parking. Friendly owners. Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Spanish law requires us to share our guests' personal data.

It has four very spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds, two with double beds, and one with four single beds. Decorated following the latest design trends to create unique and welcoming environments, combining antiques and avant-garde pieces. With two full bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a balcony with two chairs and a table, this apartment can provide quality service to its guests.
Equipped with full Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating in all rooms. It also offers optional parking (direct payment to the owner for this service outside the platform) for a medium-sized car at a price of 15 euros/day. A smart TV, a washing machine, and a full kitchen with all small and large appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and milk capsules are available to guests.
WE LOVE KIDS
With the little ones in mind, we have a highchair, crib, and a toy chest so they can also enjoy their stay.
SPORTS
If you like sports, we are located in a privileged setting where almost all of them can practice. It faces a large garden that surrounds the city and allows for countless excursions, whether on foot, running, or by bike. There is a bike rental service and daily guided tours are organized from the apartment building. Swimming, a gym, a climbing wall, and a sauna are available in the sports complex, just a three-minute walk away.
SURROUNDINGS
It's easy to enjoy the best tapas restaurant in the city just 60 meters away. A shopping area with a cinema, a playground, and restaurants is 200 meters away. A very dynamic and vibrant neighborhood with laundry services, supermarkets, banks, and car and motorcycle rentals.
LOCATION AND CONNECTIONS
We are located very close to the city center, just 8 minutes from the old town, the botanical garden, many museums, and the ancient Quart towers, and a 15-minute walk from the city center. We also have the advantage of being easily connected to all the main tourist destinations, as in just 2 minutes we can reach the bus and metro stops that will take us to the airport, all the beaches and port of the city, the city centre, the Silk Exchange, the old Central Market, the Cathedral, the Arab baths, the bullring, the old North Station, palaces, the Albufera Lake Natural Park, the Biopark Zoo, the City of Arts and Sciences, the largest oceanographic park in Europe, etc.

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia, and Juan helped us to feel welcome. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and our stay was very comfortable. There were many places to eat nearby, and there were so many things to do within walking distance. We enjoyed the park view. The apartment was clean, and we felt safe. The beds were comfortable. Lots of room for three couples. Kitchen was well appointed. Close to old town, buses and metro. Check in was smooth with host showing us around the apartment and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Jaun went out of his way to ensure our stay was wonderful, as a family of 8 we found the accommodation spacious and bright with everything we could need. The apartment is located within easy reach of everything we could need and the views from some of the bedrooms were stunning both day and night.On the last day on checking out Jaun kindly looked after all our luggage until we needed to leave for the airport and called Taxis for us, he then helped us with all our luggage and waited for the taxis to ensure we got off safely. This was so kind and thoughtful and we really appreciated his help.
