Good price/quality for a stay!

Everything went perfect with check-in. The instructions were clear, the apartment itself had all necessary. Cleaned sheets, toilet and bathroom. Owner was super friendly.

Wonderful stay near the beach in Valencia

Pleasant stay, great location, well pretty expensive for such insufficiently equipped small studio.

The location was great! Sandra (as the managing and cleaning person) was available and ready to help. She did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The facilities in the apartment were very minimal and sometimes insufficient for a 8days stay (e.g. only 3 towels which must be used for 8 days of a beach holidays without any washing facility in house and no backup). Bedsheets were clean but low quality and heavily used. The bed was also with low quality mattress and pretty small for two adults. The sofa bed was even worse, very old and cheap mattress which was not comfortable for overnight sleep even for a (not heavy) child. If Sandra would not provide us with a second mattress on it, our daughter could not sleep on it more than 2 nights in a row. The other facilities were also as limited as possible ( only 3 glasses, 3 mugs, 4 sets of cutlery, etc etc.) I expected much more from the studio itself and the facilities and equipments inside with such (pretty high) price.

Totally recommend it

The appartment was in a good location near the beach, less than 10 min walk and the neighborhood was quiet. There's a bus stop only like 3 min away from the accomodation to go to the city centre, green and grocers around the corner, and a supermarket (Mercadona) a few minutes walk from the appartment. The place has all the essentials, very clean and tidy, the staff was amazingly helpful, and would reply any queries within minutes.

Apartment close to the beach

The excellent location-just 7 min.walking distance to the beach, quiet area, the apartment had an extra ceiling fan apart from the air-con. It was clean and the host answered all our questions.

Sometimes there was a sewage smell but we experienced this problem in other apartments in Valencia as well. The apartment didn't have a dishwasher and there were no tea towels to dry the dishes nor replacement trash bags. We would appreciate bins for trash separation.

Walencja przepiękna ale do tego apartamentu - nigdy więcej.

Lokalizacja to rzecz, która podobała nam się najbardziej. Blisko do plaży oraz całkiem niedaleko do centrum Walencji.

Na początku wydawało nam się wszystko idealne, taki też dałam początkowy feedback właścicielce…Szybko jednak okazało się, że to będzie najgorszy apartament w jakim byłyśmy (a podróżujemy dużo i jak na cenę którą zapłaciłyśmy za ten pobyt powinno tam być conajmniej nie znośnie a „fantastycznie” jak mówią to opinie tu). Pościel wyprana w tak mocnej chemii, że w trakcie pobytu każda z nas dostała wysypki alergicznej. Wilgoć w apartamencie i jej zapach przesiąknęła wszystkie ubrania. W apartamencie znalazłyśmy też karalucha, który nie wiadomo czy wszedł z dworu czy był z nami cały pobyt. Dodatkowo wchodzenie jednej z osób obsługujących apartament bez uprzedzenia…To było przekroczenie mojej granicy. Pani po prostu otworzyła drzwi i weszła do apartamentu, kiedy się zorientowała że jesteśmy w środku szybko się wycofała i dopiero zaczęła pukać. Nie polecam.

Hâte d y revenir

Très propre, toute commodité même des contenants en plastique pour les restes cuisinés 😉. Confortable et bien insonorisé. Chauffage efficace. Douche incroyable avec beaucoup de pression. Clara et Sandra ont été très réactives et efficaces. Le quartier a tout à proximité et aussi les transports en commun pour se rendre au centre.

appartement idéal bien placé bien équipé dans un très bon quartier

L'appartement très bien placé en rez de chaussée . Une personne est venue nous remettre la clé et expliquer deux trois choses . Mieux qu'un digicode pour la remise des clés .L'appartement est très bien équipé , une bouteille d'eau est offerte. le linge de maison est propre . pour deux nuits , deux serviettes chacun . le lit est confortable . La cuisine est bien équipée . Le quartier est calme , et tous les commerces et bars sont à proximité . Quansd à l'insonorisation , rien à dire . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir .

El mejor alojamiento en calidad-precio-ubicacion!!

Muy amable la señora, súper agradable la estadía. Aire acondicionado y cocina privada genial!!! Agradecidos de parte de toda la familia, fuimos 4 personas y se nos hizo corto el camino a la playa :-D. Recomendable 100%!
