Location was good inbetween city and beaches. It was clean. Good facilities. Nice big fridge/freezer.
It was very hot and so it might have been nice to be able to isolate a/c in the various rooms. Poor communication from the staff to gain access into our apartment. Silly system of having to check in by using company app before being granted access. Like a lot of accommosation in Valencia, it was expensive for what you got.

Ganz nett eingerichtet. In der Küche waren genügend Pfannen, Gläser, Teller, Besteck etc. . Angenehmer Balkon. Gut erreichbar mit der Metro. Tramvia und Busse auch in der Nähe. Bett und Kissen ok. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal an der Reception.
Ganz klar der fehlende Backofen. Absolut unverständlich, man hätte auf den Mikrowellenherd verzichten können. Mann kommt nicht nach Valencia, wo man Köstlichkeiten aus dem Meer kaufen und dann diese nicht im Backofen zubereiten kann. Sehr schade.

La rumorosità: essendo un condominio se gli altri ospiti non sono rispettosi si sente parecchio rumore.
