Put more toilet roll next time pls 4 lads and 1 roll, unsure how we managed haha maybe 2 or 3 at least for a 2 night stay

Location , size , and the facilities
The only niggle was we didn’t realise the keypad was on the actual door as it’s blacked out, took us ages to get in.
Maybe a small suggestion when sending the code is to let people know , you have to tap the keypad on the door

It was in the city centre, located closely to restaurants and stores. Easy to get around and see the attractions in Liverpool.
I didn't realise when booking the apartment that it was located in the gay quarter of Liverpool. I have no problem with LGBTQ+ people and have several as friends. But the apartment was directly over the area where all the nightclubs are located. Both Friday and Saturday night was a nightmare, unable to get a decent night's sleep due to all the noise from music, people gathering in the street and constant police sirens. We were a party of 5 people 2 of which were over 70's. The windows that looked over Stanley Street weren't sound insulated enough to block out the racket. None of this is mentioned in your description of the property and it's location.
Another annoying thing was how much the price had dropped for the property since we booked. We paid £507 this dropped to £370 a week after booking.
We chose to use Host & Stay as we had booked an apartment the same time last year with you and it was so much better in every way and situated slightly further from the City centre but easily accessible to get there.
Somewhat disappointed with the whole experience this time around.
