Spacious, clean, good value for money
I didn’t like the fact I tried to find it and when I called to say I can’t find it I was left standing around with all our bags till we made a deposit.
Call before hand and ask me for the deposit or something before I land and am standing in the streets trying to hear someone and make a payment with music blast down my ear hole.
That was frustrating.

Good location
Absolutely disgraceful access . A game of cat and mouse to find keys then met with obstacles. Deceiving and misleading advertisement however perfectly LEGAL No mention of deposit on booking faced with a £700 fee so use want 850 up front for one night and threatened with losing £700 if we don’t tiptoe and dance to the beat of your iron fist

There was 8 of us, The rooms were spacious and had everything you need.
The music on Mathew street was going on till 6 o’clock in the morning … didn’t get a wink of sleep .. but it’s okay if you’re going for a short stay. Also could do with an extra pillow as the pillows was really thin. Also there was 8 of us so it was £400 deposit … was expecting to pay about 200 .. as the hotel for 2 nights cost 400.

We paid over a thousand euro for a “superior” apartment plus an additional £100 for early check-in, and what we received was nowhere near what was advertised or promised. When we arrived, the apartment was freezing cold, so much so that we had to put layers on just to feel comfortable. The window was cracked, the carpets were filthy, and there were stains on the walls and blinds. For what we paid, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable.
When we requested to be moved, we were made to wait until 4pm, only to be placed in a room that was not the superior apartment we paid for. In fact, it was advertised on Booking.com as a one-bedroom apartment, which is a cheaper and entirely different room type. Again, totally unacceptable.
We contacted the business on Monday and didn’t even receive a reply until Wednesday. The maximum compensation they offered was £129, which is nothing compared to what we lost, the inconvenience caused, and the downgrade we were forced to accept. After we reluctantly provided bank details, they suddenly accused us of leaving a canister of “fast gas” behind and used this as an excuse to withdraw the compensation offer. For the record, that canister was already in the room when we arrived—my friend found it when lifting the mattress to look for a lip liner. There was also a hole in the bed, and considering the uncleanliness of our first room, we weren’t surprised, so we didn’t even bother reporting it.
Since then, after they falsely accused us to avoid paying a refund, they have completely stopped replying. No staff member will respond to messages or calls. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. We had to get booking.com involved to receive some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.
Following this incident we have been contacting the company each week in regards to our deposit returning back to us, to which they have said it will take up to 30 days due to us paying from an international bank.

We got a code via watsapp for door entry went to the key box & got key into apartment location great communication was spot on for anything we asked apartment had everything we needed to towels hairdryer iron etc only downside could have had a microwave instead of washing machine !
Apartment was great only downside could have had a microwave & perhaps while it’s a quiet season soon after Xmas carpets could have been cleaned but overall everything was really good

My only criticism is the security deposits policy and refund process. To me if I pay a few extra hundred pounds incase of damages this should be refunded as soon as check out and room check is complete. I think the staff are asking far too much for this. Now being told it could take 30 days to refund me. This isnt really good enough. Other than that I cant complain about the facilities themselves.

Early check-in was booked. The morning of check-in this was cancelled but the offer of £5 per bag to be dropped off was offered.
No use to me coming from work needing to shower ect.
So I didn't actually stay at the place.
I had booked for 11 people and we got charged with a deposit for 13 people (£650) and its currently not been returned 3 days later.
It took 30 minutes to check in because they dont allow you to until you pay this.
However they don't let you pay over the phone.
The guy I dealt with was pretty rude snd unhelpful.
All in all worth avoiding.

great location, no noise from below. Very safe area. Nice big lounge room and a full size fridge.
The shower, had to keep pressing the button to make the shower work, could not make the water hotter and had a luke warm shower. No hot water in the kitchen.

Honestly would benefit from having more keys. 1 key between 12 of us proved difficult so we had to leave the apartment unlocked until we were all back.

Everything absolute dive stains on carpets needs a overhaul then you have to go to the hotel around corner when check out and wait a hour for the cleaner to say its okay to get ur deposit back forst she rung them why i was there saying i snapped a key in the door she was using the wrong key then rang to say the phone was broke for intercom it wasnt just handset hanging down then she rung to say was smoking in there when i said to reception tell her to wipe the black marks to see its not ash just stains i actually managed to get my deposit back awful hosts never again

The only issue I had was I was never told I had to pay deposit before getting information on key code I was aware they would meet us and it was a bit of a struggle to get them to answer phone

Door didn't lock properly, the blinds on the windows let in a lot of light, and limited kitchen stock (no oven trays, for example). Otherwise a good place for a large group of people close to pubs and clubs (although music was very loud until early hours of the morning).

Booking.com Failed Me Completely – No Support, No Accountability
I booked a stay through Booking.com, paid £1,300 in full, and arrived to find the host demanding undisclosed cash payments that completely contradicted the booking terms. When I refused to pay a £100 per person cash deposit (not mentioned anywhere in the confirmation), I was denied entry and left stranded.
I contacted Booking.com immediately. Weeks later — still no refund, no accountability, and no real human response. I’ve explained the situation repeatedly and have been ignored or fobbed off with copy-paste replies asking for irrelevant proof of payments I didn’t make — because I was refused service.
Booking.com took my money. They confirmed the booking. They had a duty to step in when the host broke the terms. Instead, they’ve failed to protect me or even acknowledge the seriousness of the issue.
This platform offers no real protection to customers. Once they’ve got your money, you're on your own.

Honestly could not fault this properly at all, I spoke to 3 seperate staff members on the phone between the hours of 0130-0830 when I was frantically trying to find my group emergency accommodation after our original accommodation did not provide us our rooms and cancelled the booking leaving us stranded at 0100.
The staff at temple court were second to none, went above and beyond to get us checked in as early as possible. Check in was easy, location is absolutely perfect, apartment stunning, spacious and clean. Exactly what a group of 8 females needed!
An additional bonus would have been a lift as we were 3 flights up but that’s just us being lazy, The shower being a push button shower was odd but in no way an inconvenience.

Got moved when they told us it was ok to be in same room. Communication between their own staff was bad as they said we will be in same room and then made us move out using aggressive language

Spotless and very comfortable apartment in the heart of Liverpool. There's plenty of nightlife on the doorstep! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were able to do all the tourist trips and Beatles experiences we wanted. Staff communication was excellent at all times.
Do bring earplugs - the apartments are well soundproofed but the outside noises can make their way in.
Our one tiny niggle is about cooking facilities. A microwave and a few more pans would have made our trip perfect!

The noise is something else!!! Might as well have rolled the bed into the middle of the dance floor in the nearest bar. Bars shut around 3am, this is when the music does too. A good hour or so of revellers heading home/bars emptying bottle bins then ensues. You get a lovely window of about 2/3hrs before the early morning beer deliveries then start for the next working day.
It is what it is! For the right trip, I’m sure it’s ideal.
