Excellent - have booked again for June

Great location - close to everything without it being noisy in the early hours. Lots of independent eateries on the street and quirky bars if you don't want the hustle and bustle. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Apartment is clean and has everything you need

Car parking is limited although I did get a space for our 2-night stay - there is parking close by and the area felt safe when walking about on your own or late at night

Excellent place to stay. Will definitely come back if in Liverpool again.

The location is very convenient. The Liverpool1 is just within walking distance. The flat has everything we need. The place is very clean. Staff are helpful. There is a parking in the basement for £20/24 hrs and we were allowed to use it even after we have checked out.

Loved the space between bedrooms, appreciated the cups etc in the uploads. It was also exceptionally clean.

The sky light in the main bedroom has no blind on it - it’s very bright in the mornings - maybe one could be fitted.

Location good. Cleanliness internally was good

Building appearance was poor. Many areas needing attention and repair within the complex. Internally the apartment was ok but tired and showing signs of wear and tear. Very minimalist but appreciate it is let out constantly and less to be damaged.

Once warm, it was a great place in a perfect location!

Great location, clean and perfect for what we needed.

The heating was not on. It was really cold when we arrived and we had to put all the heaters on and go out for an hour or two to allow the place to get warm. When I mentioned this at reception the next day - there was no apology. It was as if this was normal.

Perfect for getaways!

Perfect location and size! Honestly cant go wrong with it.

Downside is if your with Monzo or Starling bank the bond takes an entire month to come back… Also quite a tricky place to find, office in a different location around a side street. Otherwise all good

Homely and comfortable beds. Spacious.

Nothing. Apart form the electricity running out but to no fault of their own as the meter was faulty reading. Could have down with utensils. No spatula etc for Cooking. Beds all double.

Despite that we had an amazing time and loved the property. We would definitely return but up to 6 adults only.

The property was beautifully laid out and had everything you could need. Light and spacious. Balcony with amazing views. Great location, walking distance to everything.

The bed settee is not fit for purpose. Even the mattress springs were very uncomfortable. The bathrooms had no locks. A hanging sign occupied/vacant that you could turn would be of help.

Good location but watch out for the silverfish

Great location and nice big apartment

Decor somewhat tired and two leaks became apparent. When I reported it to reception I was just given extra towels to soak it up. Lots of silverfish insects as a result. Disconcerting. Big chunk out of one of the walls in the bedroom and water marks on the living room wall too.

Great apartment in a great central location. Staff were great and kept in touch with us until we arrived. We were travelling through a storm and they arranged a late check in for us at no extra cost

Spacious apartment

Decent size apartment location ok

No plug for bath and not able to provide replacement during our stay. TV not working when arrived but they fixed. Also balcony door would not securely close and lock had to really push it hard and sometimes would catch

A return to Liverpool for personal reasons. Would highly recommend the restaurant “Il Forno” just along Duke St.

Fairly good placement for visiting Liverpool centre, only a 5 minute walk away and virtually next door to the Cathedral. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and pubs within a minutes walking distance. Very clean. Lift (although REALLY noisy) was large enough.

We booked a car parking space in the basement and unless you are driving a micro car it is horrible to try and park. The spaces are all really tight and there is a plethora of metal girders throughout the car park and I mean a plethora. You are forced into forward/reverse/forward/reverse/forward/reverse it is quite an experience and not a good one. Also cost £60 for 4 nights so we might have been better using the NCP directly across the road. Beds were a bit small and the view from the rear was terrible.

Facilities, location, access to shops and variety of restaurants, safe, nice neighbourhood,15 minutes walk to the docks, friendly staff.

one combined toilet and shower without a lock so was quiet challenging such that we had to let everyone know each time the toilet or bathroom was in use. It was even more of a challenge that we travelled with my my mother in law. I would like to recommend that they install a locking system for the toilet door so that the door could be locked when in use.

Fantastic location and price!

Amazing location!

Fridge and freezer did NOT work even after using the correct buttons to turn this on and off which was a shame as it was such a hot day so we couldn’t enjoy any cold drinks

Would recommend if lift works

The property was in a good location and was well suited for our needs.

The lift was faulty and the reception didn’t have any idea of when it was being fixed. We were on the top floor and my elderly father struggled with the stairs with luggage. Not good at all

Lovely airy apartment , everything you need for a couple of nights away, secure building,easy check in and friendly staff Nice to have tea,coffee etc Good location

Water pressure was really low Lift broke and out of use Saturday and Sunday Bigger dinner plates would be useful and a baking tray for the oven.
