Good value for money not suitable in any way for someone with mobility issues

Apartment was in an excellent location for access to Liverpool attractions . It had all the facilities one would need for a comfortable stay of a few days if you are fully mobile and do not need a lift for prams/luggage/struggle with stairs.

Difficult to find lock box 6 on a rainy evening in the dark. Finishing touches were not completed properly. The gap at the side of the blind in a bedroom allowed light in and people to see inside the room from the carpark! Bath and shower were a health and safety risk - high sides and very slippy , no non-slip mat or coating in bath. Lots of stairs. Carparking nearby much too expensive.

For exploring Liverpool great location

Location for city central, waterfront and arena is brilliant. Warm accommodation, clean, kitchen set up well and plenty of space.

Some minor maintenance issues, kitchen tap loose and small stains on sofa for instance. Overall, didn't impact on stay.

Perfect location and lovely apartment

Perfect apartment and location! Was a bit apprehensive from the reviews, but so glad they didn't put me off! Apartment - decent size, had everything you wanted, dishwasher (tablets included), washing liquid and sponges, beds were comfy. Sofa in lounge wasn't the comfiest. Couldn't hear any guests from downstairs or upstairs, and we stayed over the new year too. No noise from outside. The windows in the lounge were from floor to ceiling and the views were magnificent. Location - some reviews said it was in the middle of nowhere, but it's literally central in Albert docks so unsure how closer they wanted to be! It's just opposite the M & S arena. A nice 20 mins stroll into town max. Loads of lovely places to eat in the Docks. What's cooking is lovely, good for kids. Check in - you have to pay a refundable deposit which is clearly stated, either drop off cash to their premises in town (Stanley st) and pick up when leaving, or you can pay on the phone by card before hand. They send you a code to open the key safe outside the property- easy to find, the key safes were in a box outside the property - number 14 clearly marked on the door. We got there by train but there's a car park right outside which is handy if you are driving. The girls working in the office were all really helpful. Will defo be returning! 😊

The sofa was quite hard. Also only 1 mirror in the main bathroom and no other mirrors. The hallway was lovely and big so a full length mirror would have been perfect there.

Perfect form our needs.

Spacious apartment with great location for our the trade show we were attending. Not far from city centre. Easy to get into apartments, will definitely use again.

Fairly clean, a couple of big hair balls in bathroom, marks on walls but nothing too bad, beds a little uncomfortable but acceptable. En-suite shower a bit weird but usable.

Bed had crumbs in it. We were informed the cleaner would attend and when we returned, nothing had changed apart from the fact there was a toenail on the bed. Blinds didn’t work properly. Bin was broken. Pillows were terrible and only one per guest

Filthy apartment

Nothing except clean bed sheets.

The person on the phone was unable to communicate effectively.It was extremely difficult to retrieve the key as there was no lighting on the street or outside the apartment. Once we entered, the kitchen was dirty. Oven was filthy and the sofas were stained- there was no clean place to sit except for beds.

Great location for Liverpool dockside attractions

The location is very convenient for the docks , the M&S Arena and the multistorey car park. It was a bonus having a second bathroom. The apartment was well equipped.

It was very difficult to locate from the information that we were given and I had to ask at a nearby hotel. One of the blinds in the main living room was broken. I thought that it was fine but my husband did not find the bed comfortable and was disturbed by a lot of loud noise from other residents having an argument in the early hours of the morning. Also we were told check in was at 15:00 but when I messaged for the key code I was told that it wouldn't be ready by then.

Views, balcony and the fact it was self check in

The state of the property it’s self. Tire marks on the walls. Living room area couldn’t get the heating on. Cutlery in the living room area was disgustingly unclean. In the bedroom with the en-suite the bed was un even and I think that’s because the frame may have been damaged. Apart from that, great location it would just feel nicer to be able to stay in a comfortable environment other than living a tiny but uncomfortable

Amazing

The location was very good, 2 min walk to M&S Areana and a 10 min walk to LC one . The property was clean and comfortable and very spacious.

There was only one mirror in the apartment and that was in one of the bathrooms .This could not be used for drying/straightening your hair , this was the only fault

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Very communicative host. Best of all, it was within easy walking distance to the Liverpool Exhibition Centre

Great modern apartment perfect location for the ACC and Albert Dock area

Perfect location for our conference at the ACC and for walking into the centre and the Albert Docks. Lovely spacious apartment, particularly the open plan kitchen and lounge area with big windows and French balcony. Comfy beds with good quality duvet and pillows, clean and fresh, Clean and modern overall and very responsive hosts on WhatsApp.

Needs a mirror in each of the bedrooms or at least a full length mirror in the hallway next to a plug socket. The only mirror in the whole apartment was in the bathroom nowhere near a plug. Beds didn’t have mattress protectors nor did the sheet fully cover the mattress, however bedding was very clean and fresh. The oven and hob did not work, but to be fair to hosts we did not feed this back whilst there as we just went out instead. No coat or towel hooks or rails either anywhere in the apartment

Apartment VERY comfortable, nicely furnished, easy to use heating system gallons of hot water Bedrooms very good size and beds SO comfortable, everywhere inside apartment very clean. About 20min walk into centre of town and lovely views over the docks.

System for collecting keys is complicated I had no wifi when I arrived therefore could not access the code, however my companion phoned the 24/7 helpine and accessed it that way. The shower in the ensuite was not working at all and the door into the apartment was very stiff to close I have notified the company of these facts. Its very misleading to say that you have 24/7 security when we were expecting a porter or desk in the building when in fact it is just a tel helpline ,

VERY POOR

Arrived 3 night stay & apartment had not been cleaned or hoovered & srunk of weed plus toilets were disgusting, only thing they had done is made the beds. Complained & asked to be moved, was tokd clwaner would be in next day & no one arrived, complained again & said cleaner woukd arrive the next day, they did arrive & cleaned nothing we had compkained about. Very poor service would not stat again.

Location and price

Curtain roller in one bedroom had been repaired with a couple of chain joiners. The trouble is the curtain gets stuck on them so you cant pull the blind down all the way. A couple of feet off the bottom. Dark enough this time of year but in the summer it will be v bright early hours.

Hotel nowhere near the key pick up office

Location is nowhere near the office where you have to collect keys. When you are on foot, you have to travel miles to find keys and then find the accommodation. I gave up and found another hotel. Avoid

Shocking

The lady from customer service on the day was lovely and very apologetic

When I arrived to pick up the key from the lock box, it wasn't there. I called the number provided and after around 20 minutes she advised that the key had been put in the wrong lockbox. She was very apologetic and helpful on the phone. Once arriving at the room walking in I came to the first bedroom, a TV was off the wall, on the floor and leaning on the wall. The bed was made but there was green residue all over the top of the duvet later I found this to be off a throw that was on the bed. Walking to the bathroom, it was clean, toilet roll was provided, along with towels and small small soap and shampoo. Second bedroom was tidy, there were two bed side tables either side of the bed, one of which was positioned half way down the bed due to there not being enough room along the wall for the bed and both side tables, the next morning I ended up cutting my leg getting out of bed on the one half way down the bed due to it's position. Strangely in both rooms all the draws were open. Moving to the living/dining area - there was cutlery, plates, bowls glasses all over the kitchen side and the dining room table was missing. After looking around the apartment I got a call from the same lady I had spoken to about the missing key, she advised she'd spoken to the cleaners and they said the table wear would be out on the sides and there was a problem with the table. She advised that the apartment had been marked off so it shouldn't be used but for some reason that mark on the apartment had been switched off and then been made available. She advised that there were no rooms available on the place I was, but they could move me to a further away place.

We booked for one night in the apartment as we were going for a meal for our daughters 30th birthday. When we arrived we had to call someone to explain where the key was and give us the code to get it. We were also told we had to leave a security deposit which was £50 per adult so £200 for us. Our booking cost was £322. When we got in the apartment, the bedroom door handle was broken and on the floor. The whole place was like an oven with no fans. When we opened the windows the blinds fell off. The windows were filthy inside and out, dirty marks on the walls and one wall was half painted. The welcome pack was cleaning stuff which explains a lot. There was also something hanging out of the ceiling (don't know what it was). A couple of days after leaving we noticed they had taken £20 from our bank account. We messaged them asking for it back to which they replied it was a charge for extra cleaning of confetti? I explained that we hadn't used any confetti as we'd been to a 30th birthday meal. There reply: It's what it says on our system. I told them they had got it wrong but I have not heard back as yet, nor have they refunded the £20

I didn’t realise that I had to call someone on arrival and pay a deposit prior to getting the key code for the keys . I thought there was a reception area as this was stated when booking but there was no reception, I did the the code very quickly after calling and paying the deposit.
