Monarchs Quay Arena Apartments by Happy Days

Location was good for Albert Docks and easy walk to Liverpool One and bus station. Apartment had everything advertised and everything you need. It was comfortable and clean.

Was advertised as having parking (a key reason I chose it over others) but there was no parking and I was given a 20% discount on parking nearby.

The cooker kept going on an off

It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The small bathroom was a wet room which is really handy for you if you can’t get into the bath.. it was very close to all the sights

Needs a mirror in the bedroom so you can dry your hair and maybe a coffee table in front of the sofa

Excellent location, really good communication with the staff, a main bathroom and an en-suite was a plus

Heavy staining on the carpets, and tired looking walls/decor. The sofa was in dire need of a deep clean. Only providing 2 towels each for a 3 night stay (I needed to use one to dry the floor in the en-suite after each shower as it was more of an all in one wet room) and when I requested another was told there was a charge of £5 per towel. Could do with a few extras like tea towels, dustpan and brush. Also had a strong smell of weed throughout
