Really nice property; spacious. The hosts were very friendly and quick to communicate over email, and the guest guide was helpful and had some good suggestions. Having lift access was great due to some mobility issues amongst our party. Location is also very good; really close to the train station and a short walk to a lot of interesting areas in Liverpool.

The location is amazing right on the doorstep of everything we wanted. The room had brilliant aircon which was much needed the 2 nights we stayed as it was 37 degrees outside
There wasn’t any hot water for more than one person to shower. The plug sockets are on the other side of the room to the beds.

The location was excellent and was a great property witb lots of beds and good space
They charged a £500 pound deposit before entering and when we were leaving we had spilt hot chocolate on one of the bed sheets and they charged us £50 for this witb no proof of receipts, they property was great value for money but they will look to earn that extra money from the deposit
