Close to everything, accommodation was warm. It was perfect for a large group. Staff were so friendly.

Great party pad for a group of friends in a perfect location

The location is perfect. We stayed in the 5th apartment on the top floor. It had three bedrooms and a kitchen plus 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with ice in the fridge and disposable cups. Beds were well organised but a little cramped at times. The facilities are very good - TV and soundbar that links to bluetooth. Also lights that change colour added to the party atmosphere. Overall perfect for the stag trip we had organised.

One recommendation would be to a bigger kitchenc/communal areas. I think in general the apartment is a bit small for the group of 15 we had there - one more bedroom/larger kitchen area would help. I think for a group of 10-12, it's perfect. Beds were a little uncomfortable but it's perfectly adequate for what you need.

Staff were good and quick responses, shame about a few things that let it down.

Stayed last weekend for a birthday party, staff were helpful over messages and in person quick responses. Check in was smooth although there is a £400 deposit.

Shame about the apartment it’s self, not much storage room or places to put food in the kitchen. fridge/freezer was not working and leaking made the food go off. The floors were sticky from where they had been mopped and the bannister on the stairs was dirty and sticky. Bedrooms and bedding were clean, shower was clean but shower was hot to cold really quick and low pressure. It said on description coffee was provided but it was 2x sachets of 3 in 1 that was provided. It was good for a one night stay but just a few bits let it down but if your only going for a night out it works well.

The shower had no hot water an did not get sorted while on our stay there had to go to another room to use there shower had 20 minutes for 8 of us to get showered as there was other guessed coming

I liked the layout of the room LED’s where a good feature sound system was good

Brilliant, had an amazing night

Staff were really friendly, bed are really comfortable, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, lovely lighting you can also change colour of lights. Bluetooth sound bar easy to use and access to WiFi. Apartments are spotless, smell gorgeous and there's aircon/heating in the rooms. Overall brilliant night, second time visiting and will definitely be back again :)

Not that I didn't like, it's just i think there could of been more toilets as 1 toilet between 10 people was a struggle

We had a really good weekend good friends and was happy to all be in one apartment but disappointed with the facilities

Good location

It wasn’t as big as expected. 10 adults, 8 of which in one room with 2 double bunks n a chest of drawers, at the bottom of a spiral staircase. Bedroom was very hot, the fan didn’t work and no window to open. One shower/ toilet between all 10 of us and none of us could shower as there was no hot water. From 4.30am onwards the people in the other apartment were VERY loud shouting and banging doors even though there was a night porter on who obviously didn’t do anything to stop it. We paid a £400 deposit which in my opinion should only be took if there were damages but it got took out anyway and took 4 days to return after I phoned to ask for it.

Conveniently located

Location was excellent- very central

Floor was very dirty only a few minutes of walking on the floor socks or feet were dark with dirt. The gap between the bed and the window was very visibly dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. During our stay there were about 10 huge bluebottle flies. Every time we would get rid of one more would appear, windows wouldn’t open for security reasons so no idea how they would constantly come in to the apartment.

Great stay - would recommend for groups

Booked for a hen party, comfortable and clean apartment, within walking distance of city centre pubs

There were 8 in our group, the apartment had 3 double beds and one sofa bed. I’d say that the sofa bed wasn’t really suitable for 2 people to sleep on and there was only one bathroom which was a bit of a challenge for us but I think that reflects the very reasonable price we paid for a city centre location.

Nice rooms, nicely decorated and helpful staff. It was over 30 degrees and they had been to put the air con on for us before we arrived.

That they allow you to party without strict rules and they are really gold at the clean up afterwards Also the beds were super comfy and the sound bar was great for music

Good for a hen do but a little small for 12 people

Location was great, central and lots of close amenities. Vibe of the apartments was good for our occasion. Easy access into the property. Had a fan in each bedroom and aircon in the main room which was definitely needed for the weekend. Friendly checkout help and kind staff.

Hardly any drinking glasses that weren’t pint glasses so had to buy our own for drinking wine or a cocktail. Wish there was more room as it was tight for 12 adults of various sizes. One toilet between 12 of us became an issue after alcohol consumption caught up with us.

You get what you pay for!!

The location was fantastic. The city was easily reached on foot.

The apartment was in need of some TLC both cleaning and maintenance wise. Some of the beds didn’t look changed. Toilet roll holders were loose. The cupboards in every room were in need of a clean out. Staff weren’t the most professional for front of house. No toiletries and not enough towels.

It did for the night but wouldn’t stay again expensive and overrated.

Large room great for big groups

The noise throughout the night was constant of music being played although signs were around to state it should be quiet after 1pm. There was still party music being loudly played until 7am. For the amount of money we paid for the room for 1 night there were no amenities such as tea, coffees, milk ? You get these free in a travel lodge so feel it could be provided. Especially when you’ve had no sleep due to noise coffee was well needed.

Communication was excellent on the lead up to our visit and from arrival we were pleased with our choice. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and enough space for our group of 11. Staff were helpful throughout. Definitely recommend.

Clean Apartment, Night staff we dealt with weren’t friendly or seemed like they wanted to be there.

Close to town, was clean, was great for what we needed it for as a big group. Coop just down the road as well

The staff we dealt with weren’t friendly, seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. At one point, I went to ask about leaving suitcases and I wasn’t even sure if I was speaking to someone that worked there or someone that was just having a sit at the desk. Even at check in, we just had the damage deposit taken and just the handed off, there was no warm welcome or opportunity to ask questions
