Great family apartment, close to amenities and safe area

Location was ideal, secure parking… great communication and facilities

No problems at all, but could suggest. Heating was adequate, but electric heating is always an issue to work out. Large bedroom, could easily accommodate a Kingsize bed.

Comfortable stay

Great location and comfy spacious stay for my family of 4.

Minor niggles like lack of espresso cups, dish washing scourers. Cushions and sofa upholstery could have been cleaner.

Excellent location for attractions and nightlife.

All very easy - instructions were clear - excellent location - nice apartment.

A larger pan would be nice (we ate in a couple of nights and the pans were a bit small when cooking pasta for all of us!). Couldn't quite work out how to change the heating settings in the main room - but no real problem.

Lovely 2 night stay on Liverpool. Location of the apartment was superb, and the food and beer was much cheaper than othe

The apartment was lovely and the location was superb , literally across the road from the main Liverpool 1 shopping centre . The secure garage was also a big plus. It was a 10 minute walk to the Cavern club, where we had a great night out.

No complaints at all.

Fantastic - we will be back

Everything. It was just like the photos. Very comfortable. Perfect location, right in the city centre but still quiet. Rooms were large. Lounge/kitchen/diner space was great for our use and well equipped

The guys from Rassam's creamery throwing their bottles in the bins loudly at 1am - both the sound of glass and the bins banging - obviously not the accommodations fault and likely was because I'd already been woken by the baby around that time so was in a lighter sleep There was also a slight smell of smoke in the main areas but this did not get into the apartment

Beautiful apartment. Very stylish. Nice deep bath. Temperature for radiators was easily controlled. All communication was great. There were no issues with checking in. Private and secure garage a bonus. Instruction manual useful. Perfect location for shopping and arena.

Nothing except very minor elements. Couch a tad uncomfortable after a while; patio door a little tricky to lock. No 'live' TV (may have been something we were doing wrong!) but catchup apps were perfectly adequate.

Ideal location in spacious, clean and well equipped property

We had a great time in this apartment which is ideally located for the M&S arena, Albert Dock, Liverpool One shopping area and the museums. Property was clean, modern and spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days away. Would most definitely rebook and would stay here again if visiting Liverpool

A must if your wanting to stay in Liverpool

Liverpool is a must, great city, so much to see and do. Booking this apartment just topped it off. From the booking to leaving communication was excellent. I would say the best I have experienced. Wonderful location. drove to location and took advantage of the parking at the location. This is where it stayed until we left. Massive bonus. As for the apartment as stated it was located so we could get to all things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. No issues with the two bathrooms for four adults plenty of hot water. Décor was fine maybe need a little touches here and there but as a rental property you expect some of this. Kitchen had all you needed, Only little gripe would be there was no dishwasher in our apartment, but as we eat out must of the time it wasn't an issue. Maybe a little tip was to leave the washing bowl in the sink (didn't find it until last day) as its a single sink so draining out cups was awkward. Balcony was a nice touch but not really a great view and I did enjoy a coffee in the mornings. If anyone is looking to stay in Liverpool I would highly recommend this place.

These are only tiny little gripes so not really any negatives. Some very minor touch ups required. and maybe a dishwasher. More for those who maybe want to cook in apartment. Though you'll be missing out on all the food places in Liverpool.

Apartment was absolutely stunning. Ideal location but also not in a noisy place. The garage being the carpark space was a delightful shock.

Sofa bed in the living room gave me a bad back in the morning. But I’m aware it can’t be helped with being a sofa bed that only certain mattresses can be used

Great location. Two bathrooms really helps. The Host and Stay team are very helpful indeed. Location is very central yet also very quiet.

Would like bigger saucepans. Two small saucepans means you can't cook easily. Mattress in the main bedroom isn't great.

Good, spacious apartment in an amazing location with minimal flexibility from the host.

Location and spacious apartment

Zero flexibility with timing - we needed to check in 30 mins earlier and were being charged for it. Instead we had to stand outside the door for 30 mins. There is no view - you overlook a brick wall.

Superb location. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. It's easy to access. This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment.

The mattresses are too soft. Could do with investing in better quality mattresses.

A great little space to host a group for a weekend getaway.

The living room and kitchen area were perfectly set up to allow a group to sit around and catch up easily. We had a great time enjoying a cup of tea at the large table with the patio doors open and a nice breeze. The property had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy a long weekend including hair dryer, extra bedding, tea/sugar, soaps, etc. The pull out sofa was easy to operate.

My main complaint was the lack of front desk staff or option to drop off luggage somewhere before check-in. When asked if I could drop luggage, I was offered an early check in for an additional fee, which read as a money making option. Instead, I had to pay the train station to keep my luggage on check in and check out. I also feel like a shelf or somewhere to set my soap/shampoo in the en suite shower would have been nice.

The apartment was in an ideal location. It was clean, spacious and had everything we required for a weekend stay. Would highly recommend!!

The first bedroom the window could not open. It was extremely hot so this would have been helpful. Other than this, nothing!
