Property was lovely, Andy was great at communicating with myself . Could have been cleaned better as found false eyelash down by the bed and a red nail in another bedroom. Cant fault the property apart from that.

Liverpool Gem: Well-Located, Equipped, but No Lift.

The apartment is very well located and just a few minutes walk to the key shopping areas. It is a large apartment and very well equipped.

Just the cleanliness in some areas, there was a lot of dust in the bedroom. Also, the apartment is on the 2nd floor and without a lift, something to be aware of for guests with mobility issues.

Lovely apartment perfect stay

what a lovely apartment it was everything we needed and more, it was perfect for the occasion, there wouldn’t be anything we would change all beds were comfy and clean all guest had a good night sleep and the apartment as a whole was clean I would stay here again when visiting Liverpool and in the perfect location .

Very enjoyable experience which exceeded our expectations.

The property is located on Vernon Street and so it is very near to the city centre and so very close to many bars, restaurants, etc. It was on the ground floor also, so no walking up staircases with luggage or shopping bags. It was very spacious with a very impressive kitchen area. The property host was easy to contact and very helpful. The apartment was plenty big enough for the 5 adults in our group.

The key box wouldn't open initially and required a bit of effort in the end to retrieve the keys. The same also applied when I was trying to put back the keys after our stay. I reported this to the host who will most likely send someone over for a closer look at the problem. Otherwise, everything was great.

Lovely and clean apartment, beds super comfy, great location. Andy was great at keeping intouch and replying if any questions were asked.

The stairs are slightly dingy going to the apartment and needed a good clean which I think for first impressions walking in really lets this beautiful apartment down.

Was a great visit, and enjoyed seeing our family who still lives here

The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do.

The was no lift and we had our elderly mother with us and didn’t think about her climbing a lot of steps but she did ok. Also not enough blankets for those who slept on the sleeper sofas

Da evitare.... appartamento troppo sporco!!!!!!

Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia, eravamo in sette. L’appartamento presenta buone potenzialità strutturali, ed è situato in un ottima posizione all'interno della città.

L’appartamento era realmente sporco in tutti gli ambienti, comprese le lenzuola del letto. Appena arrivato ho contattato Andy, il gestore, che ha inviato del personale per intervenire; tuttavia l’intervento si è rivelato insufficiente. È stato spiacevole dover perdere parte del tempo del soggiorno per cercare una soluzione e, soprattutto, aver scelto una struttura in condizioni igieniche così carenti per la mia famiglia. (uno dei letti sembrava usato, peli e capelli al suo interno. Pavimento di casa sporco con cenere e sporcizia ovunque! Secchio della spazzatura pieno! Tavolo della cucina sporco e appiccicoso, bicchieri fatiscenti!!!)
