All as hoped for, clean and comfortable

Location - great and near everything Rooms - great (3 single beds in one room and 2 double beds in 2 rooms) Kitchen- fridge (no freezer) air fryer (no oven) microwave and kettle No sitting room, couch in the kitchen and Tv, WiFi, Netflix Very specious apartment and perfect for a group One bathroom (no windows in bathroom) Host communicate throughout

Kitchen couch could be more comfortable, but it’s not a complaint

Toilet seat to be replaced.. wud have being good to have a guide for heating. was quite dirty on stairs area and large amount of towels ans sheets tops of stairs looks messy.. door broken just outside with a chair to keep closed..make sense to replace and secure . didnt feel too safe leaving passports etc.

Excellent location. Also excellent customer service over the phone from Hayley who was part of the business who owned the apartments. Keeping in regular contact despite a couple of issues.

In general, the apartment was clean however there were a couple of large stains on bed sheets. This wasn't a major issue for us as we just used the clean beds. Had a problem with the lights in the kitchen which was unable to be rectified until the 2nd night of our 2 night stay. The living area/kitchen would not have enough comfortable seating space for everyone if the apartment was full as there's a 3 person sofa and 4 kitchen/bar stools. Our main issue was also the reason why we selected this apartment. We were looking for a city centre stay with more than one toilet due to members of the party having known bowel issues. When we arrived at the apartment, we only found the one bathroom. This has been discussed over the phone with Hayley and it has been seen as a marketing error.
