Great location, huge clean apartment
Some bumps around the property
5.0 / 10.0
The location was very good, although, as warned, the road was very noisy. Both with traffic and people returning from the nearby Cavern area.
The entrance hall to the apartment was incredibly smelly. We were quite worried about what the apartment would be like as a consequence. However, the apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was perhaps a little cold. The radiators were not on at all whilst we were there. There was plenty hot water though.

Nothing- it was like a student squat at the end of the year, after they have partied all term- we left within an hour.
we refused to stay here. we walked in, were appalled by the smell of urine in the corridor- check the other reviews, this is not a new issue! the sofa cover had a tear through it, the heating didn’t work in the main living area or one of the bedrooms, the sheets looked freshly laundered but there were old stains on the sheets, the dirt on the windows was so thick you can barely see through, the toilet seat in one bathroom was broken so would neither stay up or go down, the skirting was hanging off with exposed nails, and the sideboards were cracked and the veneer was peeling off- It was so bad, you could not make it up! It was the most unwelcoming place we have ever walked in to. I called to ask if we had been given the wrong apartment because it does not correlate with the pictures on the listing and was told that we could move but it would be a downgrade!!! So we left. This was the day before Christmas Eve so we had to spend 4x to find somewhere on such short notice-

Having to go to a separate place to pick the keys up, the smell in the communal hallway was dreadful.

Too hot very noisy. People ringing the intercom during the night. Scruffy inside. No lid to bin. No tea towel for drying pots. Damage to some of the fittings. No toilet roll holder. No chair for dressing table

Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from Liverpool One. Plenty of space, nice and warm. Clean.
Showers were very poor. Water pressure very weak and temperature changing from boiling to freezing, quite unsafe. If had been staying longer than one night I would have complained but we didn’t have time. Rough around the edges, parts of the kitchen cupboards and drawers were damaged. Shower door difficult to open and close. Single pane windows so was woken by noise from buses right outside bedroom. Imagine would be noisier at weekends.

All good

There were too many steps to the room and we weren’t made aware of this.

The property was clean and the amenities were good
Bottom step getting into the main door is very slippery when wet, also people slipped and really hurt myself the first day. Also people from bus stop sitting and blocking access
Apartment not that comfortable, lumpy pillows and only one uncomfortable sofa even though the pictures showed two. We did not get the floor as advertised
Not sure if it was a smart tv because the apps never worked. WiFi poor didn’t reach far bedrooms and even next to router gave 1 mb
TVs in bedroom are very small. To point never see in bed Short on sockets next to the beds, lamp was just there for decoration. As lead didn’t reach socket
The fire alarm went off because the apartment two floors up had left the oven on, fir bridge attended but no answer on emergency number
We tried to ring the emergency number and was put through to the voicemail every time so had to put up with the fire box beeping all night. No emergency escape, no instructions on if fire, gave keys from another building and get your self away. Silver fish in showers and old fashioned windows with weights that bang in wine and left draft in, some windows didn’t stay open on didn’t shut fully

Spacious, comfortable, good value for money
No parking facilities and therefore having to pay £20 in the car park
7.0 / 10.0
The location in relation to the event we were attending was perfect and access to everything was great. The apartment was well thought out and beds were comfortable
The stairway was really smelly. I was worried when I arrived as it stank like urine. I also did not like all the stairs up to the apartment, we women of a certain age have dodgy joints. It was VERY noisy overnight. Bottle bins, road sweepers and revellers.

Bathrooms very dirty, hair everywhere, chippings out of all wardrobes, lots of plug sockets not working, very noisy, windows don’t close properly

Great central location, car park across the road, big rooms and en-suite for each bedroom. Good communal area.
Distance from key pickup, steep stairs. Only 1 towel per guest and 1 toilet roll per bathroom. Shower unit fell apart. Not enough cutlery for 6 guests. One hair dryer for 6 guests

Good location .was big .every bedroom had its own shower and toilet.big kitchen everything yiu needed was supplied
Only moan I have was it was on the forth floor with no lift its quite a climb ok for the young but if you struggle with mobility then I would enquire about a room on the lower floors

The location was great, the apartment was nice and big with wonderful views.
Firstly, walking to and from Duke Street to pick up the keys is a bit of a treck. We arrived at check in time, and the apartment wasn't ready. We had to wait about an hour but were offered late check out (which we didn't use).
The apartment needed a LOT of TLC, lots of fixtures broken (windows, coffee table, wardrobe in the ensuite bedroom was damaged), the blinds were incredibly dusty - I dont think they've ever been cleaned! The bed sheets had been changed, but the throw over the top and accompanying pillow were stained and smelled of previous guests. I spent a lot of time taking pictures and videos as I was worried about losing my deposit.
It's a lot of money to spend on somewhere that isn't ready when they're supposed to be and then not even really that clean. I got the feeling that it's just about getting as much cash in and not enough care for the property.

Location was amazing it really suited our needs. Each room had its own en suite bathroom with shower which we weren't aware of this was great.
I would have liked the keys to be there or someone to meet us at the apartment it caused a little hassle for us when we arrived with 4 young girls.

Great location
The apartment (no 5) was in need of some repairs, wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the communal hallways smelt of wee. The fire alarm went off during our stay with no obvious reason but we had to evacuate for approx an hour while the fire service investigated. Also the doorbell/intercom didn’t work…so letting friends in meant walking the 5 flights of stairs

Location was good. Beds comfortable, well equipped, iron kettle fridge freezer , nice layout , all rooms en-suite
Very noisy , surrounding pubs very loud music until 2-3 in the morning , extremely warm rooms , no fans either , needs a good tidy and paint ! Quite worn ,

Great location very central and right by cavern club and night life right opposite zenn
Key pick up was confusing not enough towels in apartments only 1 bath towel and bath sheet per room for 2 no hand towels, could be noisy from street sometimes although we were on 3rd floor, stairs were very steep to apartment and very smelly, the apartment itself was fine tho

The location
Beds were clean and comfortable
Unpleasant smell in entrance stairwell up to apartment but once in apartment it was fine
Hairdryers did not work and those that were brought to property when switched on cut out after a few seconds and then did not work, almost like a overheating cut off valve although they were not hot.
Parts of apartment are tired and worn with some cracking on wardrobe doors. Did not affect our stay though.
Not enough hangers in all wardrobes for 6 women sharing.

Great location, just round the corner from shops and Mathew Street. All amenities close by. Apartment was lovely, clean and ideal for what we required.
The road was busy and could hear it in early morning. Alot of stairs to apartments
9.0 / 10.0
Central and very convenient for all the amenities. Nice sized and comfy
As the appt had a kitchen, it would have been nice to have some tea towels or kitchen roll. It was a bit noisy at night as it got very warm so we had to open the windows. Perhaps either air con or double glazing might be a good investment.

No breakfast but a well equipped kitchen at property
Toilet flush broke twice, but they did try to repair it

Location was good
We had to pick the keys up on Duke street, this was 15 min walk from lime street station, then another 15 mins to the apartment.
Property needs some TlC as cupboard doors cracked and sinks cracked.

Only one useable hairdryer(that was faulty and sparked )then the second hairdryer did not have a uk plug. The middle bedroom the plugs need attention .
Noisy location but that didn’t bother us too much and is expected in city .
