Needs new curtains or blinds, they were all broken so couldn't close them at all.

So loud and noisy around the property. The property wasn't clean, with dust laying around. The chairs were stained and not comfy. I had to walk extra distance to pay the deposit. Though the deposit was mentioned in the booking, it didn't mention that it would be collected in a separate office. The other choice was to share card details on phone, which sounded like a spam call. The carpet around the property had a bad smell.
