When I arrived - a toilet pipe running thru the ceiling void for the room above started leaking onto my room thru an access hatch. All I got from staff was that they were sending maintenance around (he done nothing) and got an awful attitude from a staff member on the phone when I tried to ask for a room change or a refund so that i could leave and pay for somewhere else.

There was no toilet paper provided and the blinds don’t close properly which allowed light in from the club opposite.
