Had the best long weekend and would definitely stay again

The bed is genuinely comfortable, the living area is perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook rather than eat out. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel settled. Location-wise, Loft9 is spot on. You’re close to everything—shops, restaurants, nightlife, and transport links - strikes that rare balance between convenience and comfort. Communication with the host is another standout. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making your stay smooth and enjoyable. Check in is simple, instructions are clear, and you always feel looked after. I know this is completely out of the hosts control, but the excellent location does come with the noise of nightclubs going til 6am - so if you love your sleep like i do, don't forget your industrial strength ear defenders!! :)

Great location, right in the city centre. Nice, spacious apartment. Kind host that supplied plenty of information about the city.

One shower could not be turned colder due to a malfunctioning button, but that should be easily fixed.

3 couples shared the space and felt very comfortable we’d definitely return to this exceptional appartment.

The apartment is in the centre of town a stones throw away from restaurants shops and nightlife. Very stylish vintage furniture and artwork very cozy and warm. Owner extremely helpful with helpful info for us. Parking nearby cost £20 for 2.5 days.

Nightlife in centre of town is generally noisy wherever you go in the world. It’s no different in Liverpool so don’t expect peace & quiet it’s vibrant and full of life in this area. I’d have loved to have had a record player to play.

Wonderful central location an easy walk to the train station and all of the top tourist sites. Beautiful and unique unit that's obviously well cared for by an attentive and accommodating host.

As others have said, there's a lot of noise from the bars and clubs underneath. But if you want quiet, the center of cities may not be for you anyway.

The apartment was very spacious with lots of natural lighting in a good location however there was no sound proofing at all so we were unable to sleep

Great if you are partying until 5am

The host was very communicative and helped when the key fob wasn't working. Big space to the loft and central if you can deal with the noise

We book on booking.com all the time and after I made the booking the host requested that I send him £150 security deposit via bank transfer which I found odd as it want mentioned in the listing and he could have been more up front on this and is unusual The apartment is in the centre of clubs and loud bars which is fine other than the bar next door goes until at least 5am and loud music blasting which is clearly heard when trying to sleep as the is no double glazing. He mentions noise but fails to mention it goes all night long The main shower goes hot and cold and the door almost falling off, some cracked windows. It also had no TV which I understand is in the listing and missed by us as we assume as most places do have TV. All in all if you are Ok with blasting music till past 5am this is a good base but not value for money

The property was a converted warehouse loft apartment, spacious and light

The apartment was above a nightclub and this was open all night till between 4/6am. The apartment is well appointed but is in need of a deep clean, as the ceilings are very high the cleaning is low level and superficial

The whole apartment was lovely and spacious. We had 3 double rooms. It was cosy and warm and we could regulate heat to suit ourselves. It was equipped with hairdryers, iron etc, lovely fresh towels and bedding. The beds are extremely comfortable and big.

Thought the location was going to be noisy but it wasn't really a problem. We kind of enjoyed being in the centre of it all.

Loved the retro look, big apartment with plenty of room, everything there we needed. Host very responsive to messages

Obviously, a problem with the drains an awful smell in the kitchen . It's very, very noisy, which goes on until 4 am due to nightclub below and the smell of cannabis isn't pleasant (coming from neighbouring apartments). In need of a bit of tlc

Loved the apartment on entering but became disillusioned during stay. I’m sure it’s fine for young people.

Appeared to be very good value. Spacious with a bedroom each. 2 bathrooms. Centrally located.

Location - surrounded by nightclubs. None of us had much sleep. No microwave, freezer iced up. Most windows didn’t open so in hot weather the upper bedroom was unbearable.

Great find, highly recommend

Really comfy beds, super helpful and friendly host. We were there to fully experience Liverpool night and day so the location was perfect for us as it was right in the centre of the nightlife.

The bedrooms don’t have any curtains or blinds which could be off putting when getting changed or when trying to sleep in summer

Spacious and quirky apartment in a busy, central location.

Very central location, a short walk to all the main sights and attractions. The host communicated very well, gave lots of information, local tips and clear instructions for accessing the property. The apartment is spacious, lots of quirky retro furniture, ornaments etc that we recognised from our childhoods. Lovely comfy beds, plenty of towels and 2 hairdryers. Lots of seating space for us to lounge around catching up and chatting - just what we wanted. Kitchen facilities are basic but fine for breakfast, otherwise we ate out or brought back sandwiches etc. It was a very pleasant stay, thank you.

The area is very busy at night and extremely noisy well into the small hours. If that’s a problem for you I recommend bringing good quality earplugs. Also an eye mask would be good as there aren’t many curtains or blinds.

Family weekend away

The apt was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, & spacious. Located a stones throw from all the bars & nightlife & only a ten minute walk to most of the other attractions. Our host Guy was so helpful & made our stay hasslefree. We will definitely be returning & would highly recommend.

Quirky, Comfortable and Central!

The space was quirky, comfortable and well thought out for guests. Guy was very helpful giving us lots of information about the area and guiding us through accessing the property. Security is fantastic! The location is amazing and near to all the bars and restaurants you could ever need! All of Liverpool City is accessible by walking from the Loft if you like a walk. We found it really easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Due to the location it does get a little noisy at night, something we fully expected, but there was a drawer full of earplugs provided and they did the trick when we were sleeping! We had a wonderful time and hope to return again in the future. Thank you Guy!
