Excellent location, Large rooms with everything required for a few days break. Rooms were clean and comfortable . Central location with lovely restaurants nearby .
On arrival at our room there were bags of rubbish left outside the lift next to our apartment door. I contacted Happy days and requested it be removed. More rubbish was added to the pile the following day and the smell was awful . Once again I contacted the company and once again nothing was done. On the third day I messaged saying it was unacceptable to leave bags of rubbish unattended for days. later that morning it was removed, unfortunately this would prevent any of our group returning to these apartments .

It was suitable for what we needed. Good space and good vibes.
There was a large miscommunication with check in. No check in details were sent to us prior to me calling for an hour. It was difficult trying to understand what was happening.

Location and overall cleanliness
While the property is clean and well-located, it has several maintenance flaws. The living room heater was broken, room windows wouldn't close, and we had issues with plumbing, smells and even found 2 snails in the toilet (on a 4th floor flat). Note that there are steep stairs even after the lift (Apartment 9). I raised these concerns with the host privately hoping these would be resolved for the next guests but never received a reply. Great potential, but needs attention.
