Great location, lovely clean apartment,

The lift wasn't working when we got there, but one phone call as it was sorted 20 mins later, which was fantastic as we had ladies with mobility issues, could of done with a dustpan and brush

Do not stay here.

Great location. Spacious apartment

No hot water at all. Not even lukewarm. Reported it every day and on day 3 we were offered another apartment. We refused as we were leaving the next day. Totally unacceptable to expect people to shower in cold water. It was -2 outside and just as cold in the shower. There's a dreadful musty smell in the apartment. We bought air freshener and left windows open but it didn't help. Maybe a few dehumidifiers would work. The shower saga could easily be fixed with a couple of electric showers. Overall the apartment is a bit tired and could do with a revamp.

Great location, but significant maintenance issues

Location and overall cleanliness

While the property is clean and well-located, it has several maintenance flaws. The living room heater was broken, room windows wouldn't close, and we had issues with plumbing, smells and even found 2 snails in the toilet (on a 4th floor flat). Note that there are steep stairs even after the lift (Apartment 9). I raised these concerns with the host privately hoping these would be resolved for the next guests but never received a reply. Great potential, but needs attention.

Brilliant apartment to stay!

The apartment was lovely, clean and really spacious. Very close to shops and nightlife for easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.

Very disappointing

Location

No cold water, no sound on TV, when fault about water reported, no apology. Took huge deposit without authority. Poor customer service.

The location which was perfect for our short visit to Liverpool and the apartment was good - spacious with very comfortable beds!

There could be more hangers. The shelves in the bedroom and lights on the cooker hood were very high - had to use a chair to switch it on & off! Kitchen was great but we couldn’t find any clothes to wipe surfaces or tea towels.

Decent value, large apartment right in city centre.

Plenty of room. Comfortable beds.

No wardrobes or drawers (only bedside) in bedrooms, just hooks and hangers. Poor space for putting clothes. TV was just a stream only service, no terrestrial channels. Settees were uncomfortable & padding was bone thin. Noise from the street on the Friday night of our stay - yobs in the street shouting!

Spacious apartment near to the Albert Dock. Very clean. Great showers. Comfortable beds & good bedding & towels.

In a state of disrepair. Many blinds broken & windows in one bedroom didn’t shut properly. Sofa small & uncomfortable. Not even a teabag provided. Check-in details received late.

Amazing central Liverpool stay

The property was really spacious, clean and has all amenities we needed. Its location on water street was excellent, only a minute walk to vibrant nightlife and a minute walk to the fantastic docks.

The property was really quite warm and we weren’t able to open all the windows which meant that the heat stuck around.

Lots of space. Two bathrooms. Plenty of beds. Was really quiet when we stayed and it was a Friday night, so was pleasantly surprised.

A few tea bags and some coffee sachets would have been nice, but nit picking really. We were in a top floor apartment and there were signs of leaks from the roof. Could do with decor tidying up

Amazing value and location- will definitely book again

Super well located in liverpool, very close to attractions like the cavern club and the start point of most of the bus tours. Property was super spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent value for money, has been by far the cheapest place I've stayed in the UK this trip but was far larger and had 4 queen sized beds which was exceptional. The bathrooms and showers were also super nice and modern.

The entryway to the building had an unpleasant smell which was a bit offputting but the apartment itself was super pleasant.

The smell ruined the stay.

Location was great and staff stayed in touch regarding check in and quick to reply with any queries I had.

The lock on the door of our apartment was loose. The apartment had a very very unpleasant smell. Both the bathroom and en suite had a really really bad eggy smell - it was disgusting and really ruined our stay. We had to open windows to try and get rid of smell but this didn’t work so we ended up having to all squash in and sleep in the living room. The bathroom floor tiles were awful and the grout needs fully re doing. Was not worth £375 at all.

Ok, but could've been better.

The rooms were a good size, the bathrooms were also a nice size and the location was good.

The lift was out or order. We were in apartment 9 which is the absolute TOP of the building. We had to walk up around 15 or so flights of stairs which was ridiculous and severely impacted our decision making process as to when and where we went out for the evening (as we were dreading coming back!). Also, the apartment STANK when we got in and my friend (who owns his own cleaning company FYI) said that either the drains needed flushing or the cleaners cleaned the floors with dirty water. WE had to go out and buy 4 x air fresheners to place around the apartment as the smell was unbearable. The bathroom floor was also still visibly wet when we walked in so we couldn't walk around in our socks, we had to keep our shoes on 0 which after a long drive to get there, was the last think we wanted to do.

Clear instructions on how to get in. Great location for sightseeing and bars and restaurants. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds

On the day of arrival we we were informed that the lift was broken which meant that 1 of our party couldn't stay as we were on the 4th floor and they couldn't manage the stairs. Would have been nice to have more than 2 coat hangers for 3 bedrooms. Needs a little attention eg 1 fan not working, Dish washer would be more useful than washing machine for short stays. Better blackout blinds for bedrooms
