So much space everything you need lovely little touches in each room even down to the light fitting

Just the amount of stairs leading up to the property but it is mentioned so expected the climb it wouldn’t put me off booking again

We had our Christmas night out so it was perfect slap bang in the middle The owner is a little bit paranoid about the fact that you can hear the pubs and clubs below but to be honest, I didn’t wear any earplugs and this was party season and I couldn’t hear anything even when we were sat in the room watching TV got back from the night

There are lots of stairs, which I guess will put some people off and this needs to be understood if you’re booking Apart from that, get your steps in, it’s a fantastic apartment

It was dirty needed a good clean all over no water when we arrived but quickly resolved there was a trainer and a sock on top of cupboard in kitchen the main stairs to apartment smell of grease and fat this place needs a good clean

Music from the bars was incredibly loud in the front bedroom and living room which didn’t stop until 4am. Shower sink holes was blocked. Apartment was generally dirty (we had a leftover sock on the chandelier in the living room. The apartment block was really dirty, the tiles on the ground floor were sloppy with grease. We had 3 lads outside our apartment door (on the top floor) at 3am for over an hour who when challenged said they were waiting their turn for one of them to go in the apartment next door (whatever that meant). Bathroom door handle came off inside and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. Very limited toiletries available which seemed to but bits that previous guests had left behind.

The noise is impossible from 6pm until 2am. Cannot sleep or listen to television. Don’t come here unless you are out clubbing until the early hours . The many steps to the apartment are ok if you are fit, elderly or children will find them difficult. The stairwell is shared by restaurants and are greasy and smelly.

A very well equipped apartment. Very generous in providing all the necessities. It is in a central location which makes it easy to get around.

The entrance to the building was smelly and dirty since it is shared with a bar. It is extremely noisy at nights from the cafes and bars around it. The wifi wasn't so stronge

Excellent comms, amazing apartment and great location; Lime Street station is just a 10 min walk away. Whilst I didn't stay too long in the apartment, everything was there if needed- from a fully equipped kitchen to large TV in a great lounge area. Also have the option of a shower or a bath too.

Overnight stay

The location was great right in the centre. The apartment had everything we needed.

The climb up the stairs and the horrid stale fat smell in the stairs area, the tiled floor was very slippy. This is no reflection on the property itself though as when you reach the top its really nice and worth the climb. Please note its very noisy ALL night if you sleep in the bedroom on the right I can see why earplugs are included 😀 our kids slept in the other room and they slept well. Unfortunately if you want to be in the thick of things this is something you have to put up with. Didn't bother us too much.

Absolutely brilliant

The host went above and beyond to accommodate me! She allowed early check in and late check out. Not only this but also shipped me my make up bag that I left behind. The apartment was so spacious but also felt so homely. Very close to bars and restaurants that we didn’t need to spend any additional money on travel as it is so central. Would 100% recommend and return.

Absolutely fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need and want. Margaret, the host, was fantastic with communication and giving suggestions about what to do in Liverpool. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this fantastic city.

Super Noisy

It has all the mod cons & communication with Margaret was excellent. Liverpool is a super, vibrant city with so much to offer every type of visitor for culture, music, shopping, clubbing, dining, drinking.

The noise from the street below is phenomenal. Bars just yards apart from each other blaring different music (live & otherwise) from huge amps in narrow interconnecting streets. Even on Mondays....do not choose this apartment unless you're looking for a hen/stag weekend experience. I used ear plugs (Boots sell them). On a seperate note, to eat in the apartment meant sitting on a couch over a low glass coffee table. We only had breakfast there but still uncomfortable. The 69 steps to the apartment meant you didn't forget anything when going out 😀
