Shame about poo and lightning on balcony

Was a lovely property shame about cleanliness on the balcony with the dog poo mess

Dog poo on balcony/ balcony lights didn't work but at 3.30 am it decided to flicker and buzz and woke me up

Perfect modern penthouse location with panoramic cityscape views.

Double aspect roof terraces on 10th floor (duplex meant lower apartment entrance on 9th). Air-con, bright airy kitchen/living room. Quiet apartment and surrounding apartments. Clean throughout. Very secure access and parking.

Very ran down. Old carpet and blinds. Master bed really old and saggy. Still got sore back. Layout was terrible. No real living space. Deck in poor condition, nothing to make it welcoming. Shower over bath useless. We hoped we could enjoy the nice space but instead went out to get away from in It.

as an penthouse apartment, it had amazing views, good location. car park space included. very clean.

There was no AC. We were not informed the AC was not working when we booked. Fans were provided the day after. It was very hot with 3 kids!! There is no blackout curtains in 1 room. Kids were up early!!

Loved location TLC needed though

The location was good, right in the city centre. Parking was good and easy to access. Apartment was bright and airy.

The apartment could have been doing with an upgrade on carpets, they were dirty. Fan didn't work in the bedroom, some window blinds were faulty and the shower was unpredictable at best.

Superb

Spacious apartment with a beautiful view. The balcony is amazing. The host is friendly and responds to messages. Also provides a video on how to check in, you collect the keys from a nearby shop. The location is great.

The AC was not working. Not a huge deal if you open the balcony doors. My boyfriend felt the bed was uncomfortable but I found it fine. A few things could use a little maintenance but overall I recommend this place.

Very nice flat with amazing view of liverpool

The flat has the best view of liverpool, almost 360 degrees, both bedrooms and toilets where of decent size, the kitchen fully equipped, big balcony. the area is very calm, there are restaurants in the other side of the building, tesco is round the corner for groceries. the city center shopping area and the train station is 5 min walk.

the AC didn’t work but wasnt big deal as the weather was gust right.

The location is excellent and the views around the penthouse.It has alot of light coming in.

The apartment could be cleaned better. Found the bathroom floor and carpets in master bedroom not cleaned. The lack of proper cleaning of the bathroom floor put me off.

Great location, easy to get to from the train station, close to centre. Very clean, good size. The host of the property was very helpful.

Clean and tidy property

Very comfortable and well located flat with all the amenities you need. View from the property was amazing. Free Car parking was a plus as we were driving from London. Adam, who I dealt with during the booking process, was very approachable and easy to communicate with, considering we made a last minute booking. Also the formalities to complete in order to confirm the booking were user friendly, informative and clear to follow.
