Was a lovely property shame about cleanliness on the balcony with the dog poo mess
Dog poo on balcony/ balcony lights didn't work but at 3.30 am it decided to flicker and buzz and woke me up

Double aspect roof terraces on 10th floor (duplex meant lower apartment entrance on 9th). Air-con, bright airy kitchen/living room. Quiet apartment and surrounding apartments. Clean throughout. Very secure access and parking.
Some of the blinds were worse for wear.
