Lord Street Apartments By Happy Days

Great apartment in the centre of town with great access to all that Liverpool has to offer, comfortable bed and great shower! Fab for easy reach of the car parks and stations etc. We would return if coming back to Liverpool!

The lift didn’t feel overly safe, it made a noise but we used the stairs so no problem there. The light switch in our apartment entrance (no 6) may need looking at as it was loose but we just didn’t use it.

The property was great location, spacious for 15 ladies sleeping with 3 bathrooms. Nice decor & the single beds was a plus for a party that don’t know everyone. Apartment was clean.

The day before they tried to move my booking to another location, causing much stress but then it got resolved after 5 hours of contacting them on my last day of holiday too. The patio area needs a good clean. Got a lovely text to ask if you need anything topping up.. asked for towels, to be told there was a charge.

Property has really everything you need. Wash machine/dryer, microwave, plates, cutlery, fridge freezer. Really came in handy during my stay. I actually extended my stay here by a further 3 days. Wouldve extended further again however was already booked.

Few marks in the place. Wear and tear I guess. Nothing major to be honest. Would absolutely stay again.

Location perfect

Cleanliness & poor maintenance. Hairdryer almost set on fire the minute I turned it on. Window safety latch was broke so window went wide open. Not safe with my child in the property. Hole left in bathroom door where lock should be. Lamp shade ripped. Plastic hanging off picture. All blinds broken. Freezer doors broken & froze shut. Wrong code left on welcome note. So couldn’t get into the property on the first day. Heater hanging off wall. Walls filthy with food stains. Sofa/bed couldn’t sit on as metal bars stuck out. Shower door wouldn’t shut so water went everywhere. There’s been no apology & just ignored.
