The property had excellent facilities, it had everything I needed for a stay with two children, the property also had children’s cutlery, a coffee machine and everything required for a comfortable easy stay. The room was cosy, comfortable and clean.
I cannot say anything bad about the property.

Beautiful place , great facilities in a good location 5 mins walk from the docs
the only 1 negative was we only got 1 set of keys / fobs which was inconvenient when we wanted to split up. You couldn’t get through reception without a key fob

The ONLY downside was that we asked for a second fob 3 times and unfortunately did not receive it, even though we were told the request had been logged. My husband was working while I was home with the children and we would have to go down and let him in really late as the fob was the only way you can get up to the room. This was extremely inconvenient.

Only 1 key for a high end 2 bed 2 bath apartment that could be suitable for 2 couples.
WiFi was none existent. Unable to join or even find the network to join. Wouldn’t normally be an issue but signal is also awful too. These are the only 2 issues.

Check in was a pain. The link for my deposit payment didn’t work so I couldn’t get a code. The number to to ring was very helpful though and it wa sorted.

Bathroom bin not emptied and bedroom carpets not hoovered. Lightbulb over bathroom sink out. Couldn’t connect to WiFi. Kitchen not very well equipped for feeding four people. Contacted guest services while staying but with no success at resolving WiFi issue. Felt a little tired for the amount paid.

Dust everywhere. Lights not working. Didn’t get the apartment we paid a lot of money for. Cracks in ceiling walls. Kitchen side not maintained. Scuff marks on wall. And a second besdroom with a bathroom that stunk of poo.
And when I sent a message all I got was they where busy that was it so I rang and just got told it was an upgrade and then hung up.
fail to see how this was an upgrade at all.
Was supposed to be an engagement weekend and felt like it just ruined it. Not value for money and the amount I paid for it would not say it is up to the standard would have been better off in a premier inn. Rip off merchants.

Amazing! It exceeded all our expectations! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the Royal Albert Dock, but the city center is also 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, ewerywhere is spotlessly clean! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Liverpool!

Bad arrival instructions. Booking.com said you can pay when you arrive. In fact you only get arrival instructions after you pay. This caused unnecessary confusion.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, exhibitions, museums, and shopping areas. The apartment itself was lovely: very modern, spotless, and well-designed, with a beautiful view from the 27th floor. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
I didn’t like the cost of parking, although a 2min cost for overnight was £22, and we stayed 2nights, there should be some sort of concession for short stays, at the car park. Also, there was no disabled access at the front of the building, which could be difficult for some guests

Only the views
I was supposed to have an apartment on the 27th floor and I got one on the 25th
we had to wait a long time to receive the keys And what's worse, when I was making tea and adding the milk that was inside for the guests, it turned out to be expired, which I think is a very big mistake that should not have happened.
the bathroom was dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all after the previous guests, I thought I would go back there, but I didn't

The excessive rules and regulations to rent the apartment. The check in was not straight forward or easy to follow. They will not give you your deposit back even when you’ve followed all their ridiculous instructions. I would not stay here again!

Not having staff on site to help , as there was an admin mess up with our check in ..
Having so few tea bags- 3 between 3 of us for a 3 night stay , one dish washing tablet, having to make a phone call if we needed the heating changed as it was set at 23 degrees .
The towels were small and clearly old , and there were no instructions for using the TV .
I feel we were charged a premium price for a very average property and facilities .It was disappointing compared to other bookings I have made through booking .com

The view was fabulous and there was a small supermarket nearby.
No place to store the baggage after check out. My train was at 4:20 pm and I had no place to store my baggage after 11 am (the check out timing).

This apartment was so nice. Everything you needed. Lovely finishes and attention to detail. Great views. Absolutely loved it. Would 100% use again. Self-check-in was easy. The lift and key fob system is easy to use and convenient.

As we had a wheelchair user, the front wheelchair lift to get inside reception was out of order, as it is a staired entrance so we had to use the rear entrance every time to go in and out. The staff at reception weren't very helpful it took a resident to show us the rear entrance, but to be fair, there are not Charles Hope staff, so I can't blame them I think we just had someone on reception that was having a bad day.

Communication is poor. No keys on arrival.
Absolutely messed around waiting for a key. Eventually let in to the room by a housekeeper to be told the key was missing and something one will ring meaning you can’t leave the apartment.
Apartment was red hot unbearable no air con.
Wasn’t very clean, not enough glasses etc, cups etc.
To top it off the property have charged 2 x security deposits and aren’t responding to me

The apartment we had was stunning. On the 27th floor with a gorgeous view over the river across to Birkenhead. The living area was perfect for us. We had two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds also looking out over the river and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We each had our own bathroom which was beautiful and clean. The rest of the building was lovely and clean and very quiet. Although its princes dock it’s right next to Albert dock for bars, restaurants, shops and the museum.
Checking in and our key didn’t work so they had to change our room. This worked out better for us though as we were higher up. I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work, it just poured water onto the counter top. There was a bit of a nightmare at the end of our stay as I didn’t know who to pay as the staff on site are nothing to do with Charles hope. It took many messages over 2 days to finally get a phone number to ring to pay

Struggled trying to return the keys. We were told to leave them in the apartment but you need the fob for the lift.
Had to get the receptionist to help us get the keys as i hadnt received a code. Waited 10 mins but when the receptionist called they answered immediately.
